Customer service, by phone, made this otherwise crappy app great. The app itself, & the 45 minutes spent trying to make a booking, was nothing short of a disaster.

Easy to rent
Easy to rent. Not sure how to report that the right turn light was not working, but I guess Use 4Free has regular checks of their trailers.

Thank you for the review and feedback! When you start the rental you will have to do a "security check" and take pictures and check if everything is good and you can also make a comment there, same goes when you have finished the rent.

Cumbersome app
Cumbersome app. Steps had to be repeated several times to make it work. I ended up with wrong start time and almost lost the whole renting because start time automatically changed when I adjusted delivery time. Service where stationed was excellent (Bygg Max Furnes Norway). Equipment excellent.

I just needed a trailer for a couple of hours, and looked up Use4Free on the Internet. I had to get help from a friendly girl at the shop where the trailers was serviced. After that, the explanation was easy to understand, The trailer was in good condition, and the job was done in 2,5 hours, just for 49,- kr. in expedition fee. Thank you for the loan! I recommend you to my friends and family!

The trailer was placed in a basement
The trailer was placed in a basement, that was not informed in front of the rent. That made me to late for a ferry, and made me spend a lot more time than needed. I altso has to drive all the way back as it was to late for ferry back, and that was expensive. Then i tried to say im late, but as i was 7 minutes to late for it, i got a penalty. Im not happy at all.
