I ve had many USPAAH therapists for years and the team very professional, and diverse. Friendly customer service and really convenient.

I have been working for Uspaah over 3 years. I’m very happy to be part of this team, also this company got my respect even more after all this circumstances that happen at the moment due to COVID-19, giving all the support needed to their staff.

Excellent booking platform, for me it works well, and freedom of working around my children.

Excellent and professional therapists, hasn’t failed me once, super reliable and great customer service.

Unfortunately, as a previous therapist working for this company, I wouldn’t recommend. Management are rude and arrogant, using, what I consider to be bullying tactics. The discriminatory group WhatsApp was the final straw for me. Hopefully with some education, research and communication, they will be able to realise why Black lives matter.

I’ve worked for Uspaah for about 2 years now and I must say that the leadership team is one of the most supportive and understanding. In this difficult time for everyone and especially for the self employed, I felt very supported and they’ve earned my loyalty and respect.

I’m upset at the poor management of this company, I wish they would do better

A company that does not care for the well-being of its staff is not a company which pockets I will fill

Ive used Uspaah now for many months for a number of treatments.
I like the consistency of the service product. Always excellent.

The therapists are really lovely and highly skilled.

Professional beauticians, quality products and so many services to choose from, all delivered to you whenever You need it . Can't recommend highly enough. 5 stars all the way.

The concierge really do go out of their way to book client appointments at the shortest convenience whilst not cutting back on quality and service.

I had a facial done by one on the Uspaah sparistas and i must say it was incredible relaxing and beneficial for me, very polite and professional, and its the best way when they just come to your house, better than going at the salon, specially when its cold or raining, customer service its also on point and very helpful with whatever you need, a five star app

Excellent Service. I have used this team/app on numerous occasions, when am in London, for work. It has made my life so much easier. I've struggled in the past to fit in pedicures, manicures, facials and massages. So whenever I am in the city, I have a therapist come out to me, to my hotel. I feel safe. They have all been highly professional therapists and the service is consistent and high. The convenience is priceless. They work to suit my schedule. I hope the app moves further afield. London and beyond. 10/10
