Do it early- don’t wait
It was easy to complete the requirements and tha turnaround time was lasted than expected. Also glad you returned my original passport as it contained all the immigration stamps from the places we visited over the years

The online aspect from home was super easy. but 1. you sold me a TSA Pre-check that does not include global travel so it’s mostly useless to me. I felt scammed, and also getting my photo was difficult. I went to 3 CVS stores before I could get one that was acceptable. Why not let me upload a photo online?

Everything was good and helpful…
Everything was good and helpful however, when I called somebody at passport help to ask which address I should send my application as there was more than one option depending on what service I wanted and was paying for, he told me to send it to what I found out later was the wrong address.
I found out from the post office that I was sending it to the wrong address, but they steered me right and we sent it to the right place. So that was a little strange that the person didn't know which address I should send my application to other than that everything went great.

I loved being able to renew on line. It was self explanatory and easy to follow. Please note….a few days after processing mine, I was processing my husband’s and the website was asking questions I didn’t see when I processed my passport renewal. I realized it was a fraudulent website despite looking legitimate. Please be careful with that.
