Quick, Seamless Service from a Team That Cares

Get a good background for your picture first then proceed.
I had my daughter help me to get my passport information and picture then I came home and I did my husbands.
The one thing we had trouble with was the white background. Even with our room painted white it wouldn’t except our background it took finally after using copy paper taped together moving in different areas of our house. If I may suggest before a person proceeds have them take the picture first. Then proceed with the application. It was rather nerve racking trying to get the picture accepted while knowing we had all the information in the application.

Website was clear, easy and fast. Save me lots of time. Had a little trouble getting my passport picture to upload, but that was the fault of the place that took the picture. Had to use a selfie I took on my phone. LOL

This was a much better experience than I had 10 years ago renewing my passport I had to send my old passport and passport card by mail and you sent me a new one but doing it now I could do everything online and it was a very simple process

Overall, this went well. You can get your photo taken at the post office. The only hiccup I ran into was getting charged twice, but my credit card company was able to reimburse me.
