Very good customer service. Very understanding & helpful.
However, I hope you have written my name correctly in the record because there’s a slight error in the spelling in the review request msg. I don’t mind that but as long as it is stated properly in the bill itself. Thanks!! Awesome service!

After few days of pulling my hair out…

After few days of pulling my hair out with another company who were useless helping me I switched to eon today. I spoke to kyle I think he said I'm truly sorry if I got that wrong! But you were amazing at swapping me over to you so simple so quickly and I feel relieved and got a brilliant tarrif too. So thank you so much you are a credit to your company. Thank you for making my day ahead easier.
