I purchased an item from them said delivery could take up to 10 days it's already doubled the delivery time I have emailed them on numerous occasions with no response they advertise on tiktoc I will be reporting this company for fraud !!!!

Top-tier Support from Valentino


I recently had an issue with my Valentino Vlogo Signature belt and contacted the Valentino Customer Care team. From start to finish, the support I received was absolutely outstanding.

Not only did they respond quickly and professionally, but they also went the extra mile to provide a replacement belt loop — free of charge and delivered to my new address incredibly fast.

I truly appreciate the kindness, efficiency and care shown throughout the process. This experience reaffirmed why Valentino is a world-class brand not only in fashion but also in customer service.

Highly recommended!

sending fake wrong items and not refunding

I bought a black nappa leather bag for 2800 euro from valentino.com italy website and recieved it after opening the box and everything the box and dust bag is Valentino the bag was a poline bag in brown color somehow worst customer service they refuse return.

also i bought a men sneaker in size 44 received ladies sandal in size 39 I have checked the reviews everyone is saying you will not get any refunds they just scam online customer

i have lost 3400 euros with this brand in just 2 days

worst customer service worst so called luxury brand.

Poor quality on purse material

Do NOT buy any purse from this brand it's definitely not worth it . My husband bought me a Valentino purse and it changed color I tried reaching out to customer service and they gave me the run around. Th quality of their purses is not good so beware people. All sales person were rude not professional at all.

Extremely disappointed and angry.

Bought a Valentino bag from Very. Only had it a few days and the ‘leather’ connecting the straps to the bag has already ripped, showing the blue material underneath. Complete and utter waste of money. Cheap, nasty and poor quality. I will NEVER buy from the Valentino brand again.

Valentinos is a scam

We bought sandals in January. They were too big and were returned in original box, etc. As of April, no refund has been seen. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. BEWARE.

Daylight robbery

If I could give a lower score I would. Essentially this is daylight robbery (no exaggeration). I ordered an item on 28th January which said 4 - 7 days delivery time. I’ve logged into the tracking today (20th March) and it still says my item is “on its way” - this is since the 18th February. I ordered this jacket for a ski trip which has now been and gone 😂 Somethings clearly happened here and the item is lost but the company are just failing to admit it and rather than trying to sort the problem are burying their heads in the sand. I’ve now asked for a refund and to return my money and they refused as they’re claiming my items in transit. How long am I going to wait here?

I own a business and would never dream of treating my customers like this. This business will fail, which is a shame as fellow business owner, I know how hard that will Bex having said that, it will protect other customers, being robbed of their hard earned money.

I can tell by the number of extremely poor reviews this business has received and the lack of their reply, they either don’t care at all or they have no idea how to deal with the problems.

If it’s the latter, and anyone at the company’s reading this. I suggest you tackle each review one by one, speak to your customers and resolve their complaints. That’s the only way to get through the problems.

Businesses will not succeed like this.

I will be taking this further and hopefully will get this resolved.

Disapointment

Ive purchased shoes for my wifes birthday, she loved it but it was a bit tight. I asked for return. I've dispatched them waiting for my refund or exchage with a size up. I've received an email from Valentino, that shoes we have received was damaged & its not passing return policy. They said we'll give you a refund of 30% or return damage shoes. I asked them provide me proof of damage. They provided me picture, but to be honest my wife didnt worn it for not even 2 min, it was tight & I returned that. I need my full refund

Refund Not Processed for Unused, Unopened Bag

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Valentino's online store at valentino.ae. I purchased a bag which I decided to return. The bag was unused, unopened, and still had its paper protective coverings. They rejected my refund claiming minor damage, which i'm sure could just be cleaned off even though I sent the bag back unopened, unused. Despite following all the return instructions and sending the bag back promptly, my refund has not been processed.

Valentino, being one of the largest luxury fashion houses in the world, should provide exemplary customer service. However, my experience has been quite the opposite. They do not reply to emails, and the staff I have interacted with have been rude and unhelpful. Additionally, the sales associates in the store seem to know nothing about the online process, which has only added to my frustration.

As a long-time customer who has spent thousands of dollars at Valentino in different countries, I expected much better service and accountability. This lack of communication and failure to process my refund is unacceptable for a brand of Valentino's stature. I hope this issue is resolved soon, and I receive my refund without further delay.

STAY AWAY from Valentino.com

STAY AWAY! Zero stars to Valentino.com. I purchased a $4k dress but it was large. I returned it the next day upon receiving it.

It took their warehouse/return department to reply back after 14 days. In the email, they said they will NOT refund me, because the dress was worn. This is incorrect and ridiculous, because I met all the return criteria, including that the dress was never worn and all the tags were attached! I returned the dress exactly in the condition it arrived to me.

I escalated this issue to Valentino.com and have no idea how this will play out. I'm very disappointed that this designer is dishonest and try to rip customers off.

Valentimode.com ~ be warned ~ don’t buy from them.

I bought 2 cashmere jumpers size medium on the 13th November 2024 from Valentimode.com, both the same but different colours.
I am not a large woman ~ far from it.
The delivery was difficult & my neighbour had the parcel for many days before my search revealed where it was.
I only opened 1 jumper and could see straight away, it was tiny ~ not a medium.
I started the return process immediately reassured by Valenti’s website promises, quote ‘Try your new fit for 30 days without any obligations! Not as expected? Don't worry! We offer free returns’ unquote.
Valentimode.com keep asking for photos which i provided over a month ago.
They are also saying now that I will have to pay the postage to the netherlands as they do not provide free returns ~ so they lie on their website ~ beware, do not but from these fraudsters.
They refuse to start the return process.
I am nearly £140 out of pocket.

I had the worst experience purchasing…



I had the worst experience purchasing from Valentino, unlike anything I’ve ever encountered before. I ordered a pair of shoes along with a belt. Normally, I wear a size 9.5, but since this particular style runs small in the front, I ordered a size 10.When the shoes arrived, I tried them on inside my house to see if they fit, but they were too big for me. I returned them the very next day. However, I later received an email from Valentino customer care stating that they wouldn’t accept the return because the shoes had been “worn.”This is completely untrue—I only tried the shoes on indoors. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and with how the situation was handled.

Don’t purchase any of these products!

I got a new define and the bottle stopped spraying after one use.
I contacted customer service and received nothing but go to the shop. Very unhelpful. Do not buy this. If anything goes wrong you are on your own!

One star is too much!
I have ordered shoes online, waited some time and wore them for only 2 hours. Now they are full of creases and are turning white. It seems like I have had them for over 10 years! I can't wear them anymore. Too bad I can't put pictures for everyone to see what bad quality this is. Customer service says it's normal for the leather to look like this. They are crazy.. zero respect since they don't answer anymore. And I can't even return them. Spend so much money for nothing. Don't buy here!!

I do not understand all these negatieve…

I do not understand all these negatieve reviews, not only for Valentino, bit for every branch of clothes. It looks nog nowadays its a mode to write negatieve reviews for everything; Valentino, Churchs shoes, Yves Saint Laurent, Apple, Samsung, Hp and many more… Why I ask myself? Is nobody anymore satisfied? We live in the best part off the world (europe), we earn more than ever, never go we hungry or can heat our houses with a wifi app; we open the tab and warm water comes running down; what a luxury. I give every month a big part of my income to homeless people, not an organisation, but to the persons themselves. Why not? I am so pleased with a new pencil and a piece of blank paper. Am I alone? Valentino here has always given me an excellent service and good clothes who seem and last forever, I congratule all people who work for this company. Greetings and thank you Valentino for keeping me warm in winter and cool in the summer. Greetings from Bruges, Peter Vanassche.

I have black listed Valentino- worst customer service

I have black listed Valentino. The worst experience I had with return. No more business transactions with Valentino.
I ordered sunglasses from there. Unfortunately, they were bigger for me. So I returned them within one hour of receipt and they received it back on October 9, 2024. Rather than refunding my money they accused me of using them that I didn’t. They escalated the matter post my repeated inquiries about my refund. Today, I received a pkg in a generic box returning the sunglasses back to me without any explanation. The sunglasses were wrapped in a plastic wrapper, and not in a Valentino bag. Now I have to suffer the loss of approximately $1,000.
I urge everyone to boycott their product due to extremely poor customer service. Your customer service sucks! Extremely disappointing from such a premier designed brand.
