Great service from Sanj at Van Monster. Nice, genuine guy who kept us in the loop throughout the process. Arranged for the car to be delivered up to Scotland and provided us with all the information we asked for.

After much searching for a new car we came across Van Monster. Very competetive and offering a good choice of vehicles...importantly for us, the one we wanted. Had the good fortune to deal with Sanjay at the Cannock Staffs branch who was a really decent guy. Honest and trustworthy (not how one believes stereotypical car salesfolk to be). Super efficient, honest and reliable. Initially spoke to Chris at Warrington and as first time own car buyer Sanj at Cannock (as this was closer to me) brought the car to Cannock who dealt with my enquiry was absolutely amazing with whole deal! Made it so easy and explained things by breaking down everything clearly! Maintained great communication from the start to the end. Easy and comfortable process! Excellent customer service, all the staff were friendly but not pushy making for a welcoming environment. They were able to help with my queries and support me in the purchase of my new vehicle which was priced well enough that I didn't feel the need to try to haggle.

Fabulous customer service by Daniel, really felt that went the extra mile. Everything that was promised, phone calls paperwork emails etc… all arrived on time. We bought the car having only seen a video and it was as described. There was a minor issue after we received the car and it was sorted with a phone call. I would highly recommend the company to anybody.
