Visit to van monster today very easy and straight forward process, jack was very helpful and explained every part of the process and covered the spec of the van very well.

Don't know their A*** from their elbow AVOID! Absolutely shocking experience with Van Monster Coventry. I left two £100 refundable deposits in July and over 2 months later I’m still chasing my refund. I’ve been made to drive 45 minutes each way on two separate occasions, only to be told each time that they couldn’t process it – once because the manager “forgot the refund pin” and another because they “lost the receipt.” I was then told the refund could be done remotely, which turned out to be false. Now they’re asking me to travel back a third time. Complete incompetence, zero communication, and no offer of compensation. Avoid this place at all costs.

Excellent range of vans in good condition with range of prices. No nonsense sales staff, no high pressure sales technique to buy add ons. Gave me a fair price for my trade in. I found the whole process of replacing my old van straight forward.

Thanks to Jack, who was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful from start to finish. He answered all my questions and made sure I was confident in my choice. We purchased a van from Van Monster Coventry, sold and delivered to us by Jack Hunting, only to discover on arrival that it had an engine warning light on and low oil.

On the second day of ownership, the van had to go into the garage. This cost us a full day’s pay as we had to drive it an hour away and wait all day because Van Monster couldn’t arrange a hire van.

Just two days after the repair, the engine light came back on. Jack was completely unhelpful, unsympathetic to the disruption caused, and seemed far more interested in chasing his next sale than resolving the issue. The van had to go back into the garage for a second time within the first few days of ownership, again with no hire van offered – meaning another full day’s pay lost.

When we complained, Jack asked us to fill the van with diesel “as a goodwill gesture” and promised to reimburse us. Three weeks later, we’re still waiting for that money.

To make matters worse, both Jack and the manager at the Coventry depot have failed to return multiple calls and messages – not only about the van issues, but also about our previous van’s V5. We’ve been trying to get in touch to sort this so we can claim our tax back, yet still no response.

This whole experience has been an expensive, time-wasting nightmare. Avoid this company at all costs.

Refreshing to walk into a garage showroom & a salesperson actually ask if they can help; something my local dealers could certainly learn from.
Totally hassle-free car purchase including part-ex; very happy with the deal. Sincere thanks to Jack (vanmonster Coventry) who made the whole transaction easy and simple.

Been waiting for the perfect van and Van Monster had it.

Part exchange wasn't great but I wanted my old vehicle gone plus I was able to drive my new van away in a couple of hours.

Jack was very helpful and did me a good deal with warranty and future servicing.

I'd been looking to change my car for a while, and on the spur of the moment went over to Van Monster to take a look at a couple of cars liked the look of.
Jack was really helpful and offered me a decent price for my old car.
So made the decision to buy.
Left a deposit and, came back a few days late to finish off the paperwork and collect the car.
No hassle, everything was ready when I got there. In less than a hour I was away.
Thank you Jack for making the process easy and straightforward.

I rarely leave reviews but just had to rave about the superb customer service I have just experienced from Van Monster in Coventry.
As a nervous first-time online car buyer I was reassured straight away by the team's helpful efficiency. Sales executive Jack in particular was friendly, reassuring, understood what I was looking for and did his very best to answer all questions fully. He overcame all obstacles, such as sourcing a vehicle from another part of the country when the one I was after had sold, calling the manufacturer to confirm a specific paint code I had requested and taking time to help with all the paperwork on delivery.
I am thrilled with the vehicle, it arrived exactly as described, beautifully prepared and recently serviced.
I wish all vehicle companies could deliver a service like this!
