Hi Richard,
As mentioned in our email correspondence apologising for the stock availability issues on this line, production has been chased, and new stock is expected to arrive with us by the end of this week, with online and in-store availability following early next week.
Once we have the stock and it goes live online, I will send an email to let you know as agreed.
Kind regards,
Mike

My vape machine stopped working.
I recently told you that my vape machine had stopped working and you advised me to take it to the Barnstaple shop to get it checked out. I ended up paying for a new machine with no discount for the vape machine which stopped working.
