I live in Norway. Bought some gear from Varuste. I was quite sure that I would have to pay quite a lot in customs duty. But I did not have to pay even 1 NOK :) The only drawback was that I had to pick it up myself from UPS pick up point in my city. But it was worth it anyway!

Missing order, missing customer service
Placed an order more than two weeks ago as a returning ”VIP customer”. Package has gone completely missing and I’ve tried getting help for more than a week, without receiving any. Took several times to even get an avoidant response, blaming the shipping service for not responding, even though I many days later managed to get a response from them (GLS) in less than 12 hours, referring me back to the shipper. Since then it seems I’m ignored. Absolutely useless ”customer service”. I guess they’re busy writing newsletters.
