Ordered boxer/briefs that were advertised as organic cotton. What I received was a Chinese branded boxer that was not in fact organic cotton but rather spandex (5%) waistband, 95% cotton, and genital area made of viscose (92.5%). For those not familiar viscose it’s manufacturing process typically involves heavy chemicals.

Also I ordered a large and received a 2XL, which happened to be really small even at 2XL.

This is a fast fashion brand praying on instagram and social medial advertisements. Do not buy from this brand

Velthentic is a scam, no matter how many 5 star “reviews” this Chinese company fakes.
My “cashmere” sweater took a month to arrive and it’s not cashmere. It’s a thin blend of artificial fabric and some wool. It also smells. It looks and feels more like a sweat shirt.

Poor company and customer service I will not use them ever again
Vethentic did reply on Trust Pilot and suggested I send them another E mail 😱
Clearly not listening to the ISSUE I now have 6 returned e mails

The V necks of the long sleeved tops I ordered were not central, so the point of the V is way off to one side on both shirts. I tried washing and reshaping one but it didn't make any difference. When measured from the neck seem line to the point of the V, one side was 16cm and the other side was 19cm. Perhaps if Martha at Velthentic would like me to rethink my one star rating she can replace my shirt with one that is cut correctly.

These were the second shirts I ordered as the first one was a medium but it was very small. So their sizes are much smaller than normal sizing. I also had trouble with codes for offers and although they did reimburse me it was a risk and a hassle to keep asking for the 10% discount they had offered me for reordering. The fabric is okay but there is a tag with the shirts (not a washing instruction label) which tells you to wash it in cold water so I suspect they will easily shrink. I should've sent things back but as the items originate from China I thought it was too risky so I didn't bother. I would not reccommend buying form this company.

The items came as ordered. I haven't been able to wear them yet, so cannot attest to their durability or structure. The company was okay to work with, however, it did take a while to get the order. Overall I am pleased with this company

I purchased a pair of sunglasses from this Company , which failed to arrive . I initially thought I'd been ripped off , so I sent a , not very pleasant , e.mail to their Customer Service , which I wish I hadn't done now , as their response was very apologetic and professional . They said that my purchase had been declared lost and that they would despatch a replacement as soon as possible , which they did . The Sunglasses arrived 2 weeks later , they were exactly as described , packaged well and excellent quality . My experience in dealing with this Company has been nothing but positive , I would have no issues in using them again .

These polarized sunglasses exceeded my expectations. They feel solid and work exactly as they should.

I ordered a few wool sweaters and was surprised by how light yet warm they are. They held their shape after washing, and the quality feels solid. Glad I gave them a try.

I ordered a pair of casual trainers on 24th February, and although they took the payment immediately, the item didn’t arrive until 18th March—just two days before my holiday on the 20th March.
While customer service did respond to my emails, the overall service was very poor and disappointing.
Also, not very good quality at all, some of the glue on the surface.
This is the first and last time I will buy from this company. No stars at all. 👎

The stitching on the jacket is very clean, and the inner lining feels soft and comfortable. In person, it gives a very premium impression. After following the sizing chart, the fit turned out perfect. Customer support also kept me updated on the order without me needing to ask. Overall, I am genuinely impressed with the quality.

Very bad quality, they say lane but sell poliéster 🙁ugly style! They made me by 2 of the promotions and I sowed when the end. I try to return but the woman in the post office advised to true alway because the adress was suspicious and the cost was too high!!! Very bad company….

I bought a pair of Velthentic sunglasses.Took 22 days to arrive ,they admitted that the order had gone astray in their new warehouse.
They arrived ,they had lens adhesive on one side of the lenses .plus on trying them on the side arms let light through and disturbs your line of sight both eyes .
I asked for a return because off sub standard and no good for sun glasses.had to write to them 5/6 times to get a refund ,they refused to pay postage ,ended up getting half the money back .
Don’t buy them or deal with this company

I bought the Mountain East Down Puffer during a sale, and it turned out to be much warmer than I expected. The jacket feels well made, the zippers are sturdy, and the extra pockets are really useful. Overall, the quality feels comparable to jackets that usually cost much more.

These illuminated gloves are excellent. They keep my hands warm, look great, and the lights are a fun extra feature. The quality feels solid and well made. Shipping from the United States was quick and the tracking updates were easy to follow. When I had a question about washing them, Emma from customer service responded quickly and was very helpful.

The shoes feel very comfortable and soft. I wore them the entire day without experiencing any issues. The color also matched the photos perfectly, which I appreciated because that is not always the case with online purchases.

poor quality items. not at all what the website states about italian cotton or linen. products arrived a month after order, and when requesting a refund, through 4 emails they offered me 10% refund, then 20%, 25% and 40% to keep the products rather than send back. the return address is in China, so it will cost you lots of money to return the items.

I ordered underwear, it arrived quickly and with correctly to what I ordered. The material and construction appear quality. I would purchase from Velthentic again.

I ordered a sweater together with a tracksuit set and both items exceeded my expectations. The fabric is really soft and the sizing was accurate, which does not always happen with online purchases. Shipping was extremely quick since it came from a warehouse in the United States and arrived in just four days. I contacted support about changing the color and received a quick and friendly response.
