Good tour, very interesting sights. Guide very knowledgeable but talked too soft. Hard to hear unless in front of him.

I booked a snorkeling trip in Ishigaki,Okinawa through the VELTRA website. They took care of all my requests very carefully and made sure that I had a wonderful trip and snorkeling experience. They diligently planned the whole thing to very last details and ensured a comfortable and memorable trip for me. They were very patient and replied to all my emails in due time and I totally loved the fact that they take care of their customers very seriously while keeping their customers' happiness as the main priority. I would totally recommend VELTRA to my friends and any other relatives

Great experience in Hokkaido thanks to Veltra

I would not recommend Veltra … Our child got sick the night before our outing and despite our best efforts of email, phone calls, and even driving into the appointment to talk face-to-face about our situation, Veltra would not give us even a partial refund. We ended up paying $188 for no services rendered due to circumstances beyond our control. The company that was offering the tour was prepared to give us a refund, but they were unable to because we went through this booking agency. My advice – go directly through the company offering the service, do not use Veltra. Heaven forbid anything ever goes wrong on one of your vacations they will just take your money. I would understand losing a percentage because it was a last-minute problem, but I do not understand them taking the full amount when the tour was still going on without us. Shame on them.
