Received my veneers last week had them in every day so happy with my new smile I had a small issue with the top set but Andrew at venneir has sorted it out for me the service is amazing and so professional thank you Andrew 🙏

Great company to deal with, plenty of help on hand if needed, especially if you use "WhatsApp".

I was having some issues with my impressions and Charlotte was really helpful in advising me via Whatsapp and then helping when I had a mishap with the precision liquid. She provided me a code to order some more for free when the kit is usually £10. It’s only a small gesture but it goes a long way. Thank you Charlotte

After discovering that the mouth trays required for making an impression were undersized, Venneir promptly dispatched larger options free of charge. CS agent Oliver was a patient and supportive assistant throughout the impression-making process, sending approval rapidly and pinpointing necessary minor adjustments where necessary. For all NI customers, be aware that the DPD service isn't available when processing your return. You'll instead have to post privately with a tracking option, the cost of which I'm told will be reimbursed up to £4.

I have received my veneers this morning and I've been wearing them ever since. They are such a good fit and comfortable that I forget I've even got them in. I have to confess to being unsure as to how this whole process would work and what the end product would look like but I have to say that I am delighted with my new smile. The friendly and helpful service I received from the Team, particularly Harper who was very patient and supportive throughout, was exemplary. I received regular updates which kept me informed as to what was happening with my order and what would happen next - it was all very professional.

Start to finish 1 week Friday I did my impressions posted back Monday and sparkling new perfect fit replacements here Friday! So much better than my originals and 1/4 of the price my dentist quoted for top & bottom! Great communication with Jade at customer services so helpful and friendly ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THANKYOU!

I ordered some retainers as I unfortunately lost mine and after days of searching could not find, the process was quick and easy, I shipped my models off to them but then found my retainers🤦 I was so embarrassed and wanted to cancel my order as I didn't really have the money to spare to continue with the order. Venneir customer service was really responsive and advised me that I would be able to cancel my order, someone gave me a call to cancel my order, even though my models had reached their lab and were due to be made into retainers that day. They cancelled my order, gave me a full refund and shipped my models back to me without questions. They arrived the next day and they had even put them in a padded venneir bag, which I thought was a really nice touch. Special shout-out to jade the laboratory manager for being so understanding. If I ever lose my retainers again or need anything this company supplies I will 100% be ordering from them and supporting them as they supported me, I won't go anywhere else. I have now received a full refund and got my models back and I couldn't be happier with the service, just feel so guilty that I troubled them!

I ordered from venneir.com and I’m really pleased with my experience.
The customer service was helpful and responsive throughout, and the turnaround time was quicker than expected. The mouth guards themselves are good quality and fit well.
I also asked about reinforcement for the back teeth and nothing was too much trouble, which I really appreciated.
Overall I’m happy with both the product and the service and would use them again.

Pretty solid experience so far, have sent off my retainers and received good support with my questions via WhatsApp which made things easier.

Oliver has gone above and beyond what I expected he has been very helpful and could not have done more thanks oliver

Currently using the mouthwash, toothpaste and polish after having composite bonding work done. They are keeping them looking fresh and as white if not whiter than when I first got my teeth done. Do not hesitate to try these. Looking forward to trying there other products in the future.

Thanks to Venneir I was able to get several sets of retainers, made up from the moulds I was suppled with by my orthodontist. The quality was great, at a fraction of the price I would otherwise have paid. I went for the thicker 1.5mm ones. My initial contact was Karly, and she was really friendly and helpful. I can thoroughly recommend Venneir. Thank you!

Can’t fault it - the impressions is horrible, made me feel sick, dribble like crazy and gag. But the service is crazy fast and the WhatsApp group is quick to reply and advise if you have issues etc.
