I appreciate you acknowledging my feedback, however, I must state that your opening apology is not accepted as I feel I was misled.My initial understanding was based on winning a "GREAT NEWS!!" Facebook competition, which stated my family had been selected for a "complementary photoshoot experience voucher valued at £315." The details provided for this voucher clearly outlined:A one-hour studio photoshoot.Creative image preparation by a highly skilled photographer.A personal viewing of images in your cinema.A choice of photograph, beautifully presented in a 10x8 inch frame.Validity for two months (with extensions possible for specific sessions).I then paid a £25 booking deposit. This deposit was later informed was non-refundable, which felt contradictory to the idea of a "complementary voucher."Furthermore, when I was presented with the "Platinum package" offer for £1,725 (claiming a saving of £1,205 at £49 per month), the £315 voucher value and my £25 deposit were not deducted. This was not clearly communicated upfront and felt like a significant discrepancy, leaving me feeling that the initial "complementary" aspect was misrepresented.Regarding my apparent satisfaction during the viewing: the images were presented on a screen, making it difficult to accurately assess their quality, especially concerning lighting. Upon bringing the framed artwork home, I realized the pictures were significantly darker than anticipated.As a photographer and graphic designer myself, I understand the technical aspects of image editing. Editing images of individuals with darker skin tones requires specific adjustments to brightness and contrast to ensure accurate and flattering representation, which was not adequately achieved in this instance.While I appreciate the effort involved in the photoshoot session, the final outcome, combined with the perceived misrepresentation of the voucher's value and the cost, has led to my dissatisfaction.Thank you for your time.

Perfect experience! Jazzie the photographer was amazing on the day with the baby and the photos have come out way better than we ever expected! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting new born photos to book. Such a caring and friendly experience all round.

Jenna who took our photos made all of us feel comfortable and captured amazing photos. She was amazing with our toddler and newborn. The follow up appointment with viewing of photos was brilliant and we were well informed of options.

Had an amazing experience for my newborn and family shoot. Jazzie made it so enjoyable and easy to capture exactly what we wanted! Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

My partner had won a free photo shoot from a Facebook competition so we went to the Southampton Studios all dressed up smart for a family photo session which we’ve never had done before we arrived and was made very welcome
our photographer was Hannah. She is absolutely amazing. We had our 16 month daughter Isabella with us and our 14 year old son Oscar Hannah took over 400 photos and had the difficult task of condensing them down to like 40-50 and being 16 months old Izzy got restless and annoyed so we put her down to crawl about and do whatever she wanted. Hannah still got pictures of her doing whatever she fancied. We got some amazing pictures and I am so grateful.

I collected them today and was in awe of how much work Hannah had put in she truly is an amazing photographer and I wish her all the very best in her future careers in whatever she does I am so happy with them even with the cost it was so worth it

We did a family / newborn photoshoot with Georgia and she was brilliant. She was so good with our daughter, which was lovely to see. She took some wonderful photos which we now have displayed proudly in our home. The printing of the photos was extremely quick and the quality was high. We’d very happily recommend the studio and can vouch for the excellence of Georgia's work.

Constant phone calls and text messages to book in despite advising multiple people I have experienced a family issue and that I would contact them when I am ready to book. Every other day phone calls and text messages are not needed considering I’ve explained my circumstance..

Exceptional photography session and viewing experience, but unfortunately, the after sale customer care fell short of expectations.

The photo shoot was amazing. The staff know how to get the best photos out of the kids and the results were stunning. They made everything inviting and comfortable. The children enjoyed the photoshoot and were laughing throughout.

A big thank you to venture, our photographer was Jenna and she did wonders with our son. When viewing the images we were completely blown away by the beauty of them. The staff were so helpful with information about purchasing. The pay monthly was a great way to help us out. Thanks again venture Southampton

An excellent company, made me feel very calm during my shoot as I was anxious first time mum. The photos were absolutely beautiful and I’m very glad that they managed to capture my son and all his little expressions

Lovely people! The lady who took the photos was so easy to talk to and was very patient with our newborn too! We came to view the amazing photos the following week and they explained it all perfectly and again, very patient when I couldn't decide on which one as I'm so undecisive, haha! Definitely recommend ☺️

Perfect experience with Venture Studios, signing up and making appointments was easy and straightforward. They phone you and go through the process so you know what to expect. Extremely friendly, photos was an amazing and lovely experience that we really enjoyed together and choosing the photos was straightforward and an easy experience. Extremely recommend and will be using again.

Had a newborn photoshoot, the staff wete really friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. The photos turned out amazing! Will definitely be returning in the future.

A really lovely experience from start to finish! The photo session was great, it was a very calming environment- our newborn was so relaxed. Very professional and welcoming staff. Loved the viewing session, the photos are gorgeous.
