Nice products but very slow delivery...
Lovely concept and nice to support independent businesses but the delivery times on the website are misleading and put me off using the site again - 10 days after I paid for express delivery for 2 products, only one has arrived. Customer services have been really reactive and refunded the delivery costs but the products were presents and they've kind of missed the moment now!

I really like my new shoes but wish…
I really like my new shoes but wish they did separate men's and women's because my feet are long and narrow so I get a big size but the unisex shoes are wide. I haven't worn them for long periods yet but so far the seem comfortable and look good

I order joggers and a hoodie.
There were white.
The joggers were crystal white, while the hoodie was a dirty grey - which was supposed to match the white joggers. The hoodie had either been ordered and returned a few times or possibly even worn. Very disappointing!!

I ordered a pair of shorts on Veo on 17 Januar 2022 I have not heard anything via email or otherwise since. The tracking system does not produce any result when I put in the order number. A person from Veo repsonded kindly and very quickly to my request on Facebook Messenger on Monday but I have not heard anything since (Thursday evening, same week).
