Incredible that they have 4,6… They made me a new contract for 25,25€ and finally made me sign a 50€ one for less than basic equipment. I immediately cancelled! No reply, instead they sent me the 50€ contract again and how to get on the app. No internal communication.ADDED: I put this here one hour ago and they reply the with the typical auto-answer, same as the one i got after every email !!!

Securitas Direct in Spain is difficult…
Securitas Direct in Spain is difficult to contact unless you speak Spanish. They have not changed out old equipment ( museum pieces) in 12 years. An outside alarm is in fact an inside alarm and cannot be heard! When I cancelled the contract they were not happy. Given a 50% discount to continue. In other words they had overcharged bu 50% for 12 years. I refused to continue as a customer . It took 2 weeks before they finally gave up and confirmed cancellation of contract. Now 5 months later they are trying to charge my account again. Avoid at all costs.
