AVOID - this is a scam. they are not really 2TB/4TB ssd drives they've been butchered to show up on your computer as space (if your computer recognises them at all) but realistically theyre only about 64GB and corrupt. one never worked, one did fine for about 2 months and then just completely stopped being recognised on computer - i took to a specialist and have lost everything on the drive! you get what you pay for sadly. their customer service doesnt respond so much for money back guarantee!

Add me to the list of scammed innocents. Lost most of my pics and data. Scandalous.
Surely a detective or consumer TV show could find these people and sort it out?
Also...how can consumers buy online, from anyone, with confidence?

Trust pilot really should provide a ZERO stars option.

Product completey unsuitable and unusable. Avoid at all costs unless or just throw your money in the bin. As per other posters, will check here for lesser/unknown brands in future.

Don't buy from this fraudulent company. It should be blacklisted. The SSD drive worked for a few weeks then nothing. Won't refund as it is out of the 30 day return time.
Standard reply emails each time.
I would give it minus 5 if it were possible. I am going to report them to Trading Standards.

Don't purchase this shop, I can't take my money back due to the hardisk is doesn't work and returned back to them they not give me postal fee back either

THEY ARE SELLING MEMORY CARD DEVICES THAT DO NOT WORK !

THEY WILL GIVE YOU STEPS TO FOLLOW THAT WILL NOT WORK. THEY ADVISE THEY WILL REFUND YOU THE POSTAGE COST BUT THEY DO NOT.

I AM NOW TAKING THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND ALSO REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS.

I ordered two hard drives in early May, they have still not arrived. I emailed them today, then discovered a full refund was made on the 20th May. I was not made aware of this, but unlike the other reviews here, at least I got my money back.

Do not buy from this site, absolute con artists!!

They will not give me a refund for the SSDs I ordered and I suspect I will never receive them!

Ordered, and received, 2x 4tb hard drives which, when connected, could not be used. The address for return on the packaging does not seem to have a building.
There are no instructions but claims to be "compatible" with Computers(desktops and Laptops- they function on neither!!!! Would not trust

I found the reviews after ordering 2 hard drives and did not open packages. It was difficult to get them to accept a return. When they did they provided a residential address different to that on the package. I spent £8.99 on recorded delivery to have the package returned to me. I eventually got a refund. Complete scam. Haven't tried the hard drives and won't as my data is valuable.

Ordered a 4tb SSD. It has a bad or damaged GPT and won't hold files as it's supposed to do. Reported it to Versik, no answer.
Do not buy from these people there con artists.

In my view this is a fraudulent company which seeks to deceive its customers. I have taken apart the "SSD disk drive" and found it to contain a small 14Gb SSD attached to a bespoke printed circuit board which presents to the user a totally misleading view of the device's capacity.
The SD card when removed could not be read and required formatting after which it reported a storage capacity of 0.145 Tb instead of the advertised 4Tb
Why is it not possible to award negative star rating to a company which seeks to deceive so blatently.

I bought a hard drive, however it's more of a shell drive, as it is only the shell of the hard drive, and is hollow inside. Unless my data is made of dreams, unfortunately it won't hold anything, and rendered completely useless, just like the companies morals.

I bought a SDD from Versik which is useless/faulty. The customer support department is not listening to my complaint, as it is outside the 30 day guarantee. Consumer Rights law 2015 states a seller must provide a refund/ replacement or repair on a faulty item as it is not fit for purpose. Versik appears to be flaunting this law. Anyone who has a problem with this company must report it to Trading Standards. I am so angry that this company thinks it can ignore our statutory rights.
I will in future be reading trustpilot reviews on less well known sellers, in future.

the hard drive did not work so we returned it. they are now ignoring all emails and they are refusing to refund me my money.

I would not touch this company with a 10 foot barge Pole. If I was you, I have broken opened one of the 1 TB hard drives, and there is a 16 gig memory chip on a 1 TB Motherboard. So it will read on any computer or any device that it is 1 TB, but only has 16 gig of memory.

SCAMMERS! Avoid.They don’t do refunds or returns, once your money is gone it is gone. I wish I checked trust pilot before purchasing!!!

Had the same bad experience as everyone else. I reported them to the Action Fraud Squad. Took the 4TB drive apart and found a 50Gb micro SD card in slot. This is what you get for your money and of course it is a scam.
