Do not touch these products, bought 30 tb just to be curious and couldn't even get my desktop to recognise or even turn a light on. Contacted company but never replied. Keep clear.

Like others the units I purchased have not worked . Do not use this company.

It is a pity I cannot give negative stars. This is a real con. I paid over £44 for 2 portable SSDs. Put in my PC. They are both ‘faulty’. I sent an email to the support address as per their complaints procedure to obtain a Return Authorization code. My email has just bounced back to me. No way of contacting them now. DO NOT USE!!! I cannot emphasise this enough. I wish I had looked at TrustPilot before parting with my money

The SSD device deletes photos as they are loaded, or within hours. I have tried the troubleshooting they advise without success. I have asked for my money back under the 30 day guarantee but they asked for photos! These have been sent and now they are ignoring me.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

when something is too good to be true and your gut says so..... IT IS! I have purchased the 32TB fake Samsung SSD drive and quickly realised that it is a scam. I wish I read these reviews before! Although the company offered a 20% discount and sent it anyway for me to try, lo and behold the drive didn't work. It wasn't mounting onto an Apple MacBook Air and when I tried to fix the problem, it just simply didn't work.

SAFE TO SAY - DON'T BUY! There is a reason why SSD drives are so expensive... 32TB for £60.... is DEFO scam!

If I could I would have given 0 stars - I bought a SSD from Versik, it wouldn't connect to my computer or my husbands. After several emails I was advised to send it back SPECIAL DELIVERY (another £7.50) and wait for my refund. I have now just checked on the Post Office Tracking and the return address I was given was "incorrect" I have tried to contact the customer support and have got nothing....don't waste your money

Wouldn't give them any stars if i could. Purchased an external hard drive, emailed them on the same day the product was delivered about the product not working. Three emails later and still not had any response, do not purchase from this company.

AVOID. Bought 4TB, the transfer rate was so slow it would take 66hours to fill. Asked for refund, several emails later they agreed, returned item and 2 months later and more emails NOTHING! It's a con.

You really should be able to give zero stars. Do not buy from this company. I bought a 4tb SSD. It was defective. They told me to return it (after much back and forth). I did so, and they refused delivery of the item 4 times. It's over a month later and I'm still waiting for my money. I will be pursuing a chargeback!

This a different perspective. A few weeks ago hubby signed for a package addressed to VERSIK, but with our (clearly residential) address and postcode on it. We took it back to the Post Office and they took it from us and “filed a report”
(I had opened it).
Today I received a further package again, addressed to VERSIK at our address. This was annotated that it had been signed for, torn open, then pushed through our letterbox.
Hubby will once again return it to the Post Office, but request a review of the situation. VERSIK are obviously using previous customers addresses as their mailing address, so they are not liable to make refunds.
I will update if I find anything out.

The product was sold as 4TB of storage and when it failed to store photos I had the device checked on Validrive and the 4TB claimed was only 14GB. The data I did loaded is not accessible. This product is a total fake, and Versik do not accept any responsibility even when I claimed the goods are not as advertised, not as described. STAY WELL CLEAR. Hopefully complaints to Trading Standards and the Gov UK fraud pages will shut this company down.

I have given this a 1 star as that is the lowest available. This is very much a scam. I bought this based on the testimonials on the Versik website. They saw me coming. It arrived about a month ago and when I plugged the Versik into my MacBook it went unrecognised. Back from a holiday and I thought I should give it another go. Still a massive failure, I have just taken it apart and there is virtually nothing inside the little box other than thin air. Certainly no electronics of any note. Avoid at all costs.

Slow to to upload data but then quickly lost. No guarantee for faulty products.

VERSIK , I purchased a 2 TB SSD on the 4 April "$ , it arrived on the 17 th April. I connected it and started a Backup . 20 mins later it was still copying system files. I stopped the backup and checked File Manager it showed that the capacity of the SSB was 31.9 GB not he 2 TB purchased. Trying to contact the support desk is a waste of time , going onto their website and filling in a form there is a waste of time , ringing the telephone number given is a waste of time.

Absolute pile of junk combined with a company that has no clue what customer service is. Reported to them that the SSD was faulty and didn't work, they said i could keep it and offered a 50% refund! They then tried to tell me item had to be returned in next 48 hours, along with proof it was faulty, signed for, which i had to pay for. Again told them to stick this as against Trading Standards etc, eventually returned it to them , only for Royal Mail being unable to deliver the item despite 3 different attempts! Supposedly i am getting a full refund but we shall see. This is blatantly a scam company offering something too good to be true, and relying on people not being persistent. Avoid at all costs , pay extra , and go with a well named brand.

Bought a 4TB external drive but it doesnt work and the support email address has kicked back. all seemed good when transfering but when trying to open its showing error and now all transfered documents lost

SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. DO NOT BUY A VERSIK PRODUCT. I purchased an 8TB on the 25th of March. Transferred 3TB of files from lots of smaller portable drives and after 10 days all my files, very important files were lost. The properties were showing there was 3.81TB free and the used space was 3.81 as well and when you opened the drive it was EMPTY. I mailed them all the information via their contact us and two mails to their support team. So far I have had no reply. I will mail them today and give them 7 days to refund the £41.40 that I paid, or I will pursue it through the small claims. It’s not so much the cost, it’s the couldn't care less and unprofessional attitude towards their clients that annoys me and that horrible feeling knowing you have been ripped off. Plus, my time involved to resolve this. I will be sending out this message on al the social media as well as on Google. WATCH THIS SPACE.

Sold me a faulty hard drive that has NEVER worked, are not responding to messages, and their support email is a false address that bounces right back as undeliverable.

Got the drive and as other reviews it's useless. They want me to send it back and I'll get a full refund. Looked at the return address on Google and its a modern terrace house in Leicester. Problem is if I don't send it back I won't get a refund from my bank. Wish I'd have read the reviews first'

Steer clear of this company, my hard drive didn't even last a week and now I'm just being given the run around by the company. I've used macs since the late 90's so I know when something isn't working properly.
