Great dealership, love the car!
Had a bit of a wait as they were particularly busy (which was actually good to see) but the staff are fab and make you feel well at ease, the communication is great and Richard was a delight. A First Class experience… Unusual in this day and age..
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff across the Teesside BMW team, led by Lewis. A fantastic handover, going through every detail so you really know the car before you drive it away. If you want first class service, you know where to go.

Vertue Honda Stockton, what a great team
I was visiting vertue Honda to service and MOT my car, I’d mentioned when booking it in that I’d be interested in updating my car as it was on PCP and Pam said she would mention it to the sales team and as good as her word she did.
Nathan rang me and asked what sort of things I wanted in a newer car etc and would look for me and hopefully have some choices when I brought my car In For it’s MOT.
Nathan was very professional, friendly, not in the least pushy.
When chatting with Nathan about a newer Honda Jazz his line manager Jake came over and gave more information and again was friendly and knowledgeable about the finance deal.
I decided to get the newer car, which was in a different branch.
Nathan kept me up to date via telephone calls about the car arriving with them.
I changed my mind about the amount of deposit I’d paid and wanted to increase it, Pam was very helpful with me contacting vertue finance and Jake spoke on the phone with me and was very knowledgeable about the difference in payments due to my change of mind and reassured me that it was no trouble having a change of plan. Nothing was too much trouble, I know they sell cars and I know they want the sale but being friendly, approachable and knowledgeable makes it all a much better experience for the customer.
I’m very pleased with my new car and when picking it up also got a very good deal on a service plan, which really is a good deal.
So Thankyou to vertue Honda Stockton, much appreciated

A very satisfied Motability customer.
With my own car beginning to age, like it’s owner, I decided it was time to try out the Motability route.
Jo was my pleasant and cheerful contact at the Stockton branch of Vertu. She was thorough in her explanation of the process of applying and on the test drive didn’t seem too alarmed as I went to change gear more than once ….in the automatic Qashqai.
Peter, the business manager also gets a mention, as he resolved a potential delivery delay by offering a car upgrade, but keeping the advance payment the same as for the original car I’d selected. It was as they say : An offer I could not refuse….with a three figure discount
My first car after passing my test was a Triumph Toledo and technology was fairly basic by comparison and so it is comforting to be reassured by Jo that I can call anytime should I have issues regarding the new technology. So far, so good!
