This is my third car from seat Vertu Carlisle . The staff Rhys , Martin and damion went above and beyond , finding the car I wanted , follow up calls on progress, etc . Highly recommend!

Excellent Customer Service.
An absolute master class in how to turn a negative into a positive customer experience. Purchased a two year old Cupra Formentor from them just over a year ago and recently the airbag warning light illuminated. Thought it was a simple fix but unfortunately an expensive component had failed and it was not under warranty. Long story short the team sorted things out at no cost to myself and applied the correct Cupra Approved Warranty, which should have been in place when I purchased the car, also at no cost. Great people and great customer service. Thank you.

Vertu Carlisle - don't go anywhere else!
I bought a car from Vertu Carlisle a few months ago and found their customer service to be superb from Reception, to Management and the Sales Consultant.
Over 200 miles from where I lived there were a few calls re the car I was interested in - a 5008 and if I called when Cameron was otherwise engaged, he called me right back. Martin was so helpful too and I cannot thank them enough for their help. The ladies on reception always made sure I received my call back. It was truly such a pleasant experience, I would make the journey for my next car! Thank you so much for everything.

Best car purchase experience I've ever had
We travelled to Carlisle Cupra to see a red Leon. On arrival we were met by Damion who couldn't have been more welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and there was no pushy salesmanship. The deal I was offered was in line with what I had budgeted for so there was no need for haggling. I even purchased some additional insurance for wheels and tyres which is something I would never usually do. Overall a great experience, leagues above any of my previous car purchases. I would recommend Carlisle Cupra wholeheartedly.
