Had a brilliant experience at Vertu Honda. The car looked great on the forecourt and we were left to explore it in our own time, which I really appreciated. No pressure, no hovering — just a relaxed atmosphere.
We were offered drinks, the test‑drive was spot on, and honestly the whole visit felt easy and enjoyable.
Huge shout‑out to Trudie, who was absolutely exemplary. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and clearly knows her stuff. Great attitude, great energy.
We’ll definitely be coming back to Vertu when it’s time for our next car.

Honda Plymouth - Best Experience
Popped into the Plymouth store after impulsively seeing a car I loved online and was not disappointed!
Kevin was beyond helpful, kind and genuinely had my best interests at heart, with zero pushy sales tactics! Despite sadly not being able to part ex my previous Honda, it didn’t dampen the mood in the slightest.
I came away with a new car that I picked up a matter of hours later and couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience.
I have no doubt I’ll be back when it’s ready for my next car and hoping Kevin is still there to do it all again!
Can’t thank Kevin enough for answering all my silly questions and reassurance along the way. He’s truly an asset to the Honda Plymouth store!

I was very satisfied with my experience on 29th April 2026. I was very pleased with the personal welcome from James Beckwith, who helped me check in and informed me about what was happening and an estimate of time it would take. I was a little nervous about the digital aspect I may have encountered but James put my mind at rest and assured me that there would always be someone there to help me. My car was ready at the time he estimated and I received a telephone call to confirm this. James went through the paper work, explained everything to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with how smooth everything worked!

A helpful team takes the stress out of purchasing
As I am in the process of moving to the UK, I have limited credit history and specific needs for a family car around the city, but didn't wish to compromise the sense of security that comes with purchasing through a Honda dealership.
After explaining my situation to the sales lead, he took the time to discuss my needs and went out of his way to find me just the right car, and then co-ordinated with his sales team to ensure the handover could occur on a timeframe that worked for me. Further, all of the sales associates were equally as helpful.
This personal, professional, and friendly service is why my next car will be from the same dealership.
