This is the second Vauxhall I've owned thanks to Earl.
I purchased my first Mokka in 2024 from Earl, from the moment I walked into the showroom I felt as ease and very comfortable that he wasn't a pushy salesman.
He was very patient, I'm not the best person for knowing what I want so he went through the different models of the Mokka as I did know I wanted one as I liked the big screen.
From his communication, information and knowledge I'd give him 💯 % rating hence swapping to a 2026 Mokka Yes I picked up yesterday.

Visited Showroom to look at a car, left buying one.
I visited the showroom to look at a new car for myself with my husband. The salesperson we spoke to, Rosie was very helpful, efficient and pleasant along with the manager, David, we were able to conclude a deal, taking my old car in part exchange very quickly. No pressure was applied, which was a nice change from some garages we have dealt with before. Would certainly recommend them as a company to deal with.

All the staff my husband and I spoke to were very informative, polite and friendly. This includes the service team. The staff fully explained the finances, involved in buying our new car, including sorting out the trade in price for our old car.
The staff tried to help with issues involving the Power company, who were fitting the EV charging point. Unfortunately the charging point did not go ahead, with this company.
I was nervous when I took my test drive, as I don't like driving in the centre of Newcastle, but Ibrahim was lovely and very patient, even when I had to go around a roundabout, again. They were a very good team. We would buy a car from them again..

A friendly welcoming family atmosphere, the deal was better than I had expected. Every offer was explained and I felt no pressure at any time. We found the experience of dealing with Vauxhall Newcastle excellent, we were in two minds if we wanted to change, and we were not put under any pressure to buy, we did decide on a new car and the whole process was painless, fully supported at all time by Ibrahim. We had a minor concern the next day after picking up the car and this was dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction.

How I was treated. With respect and was listened to. I had a finite budget and Earl was so accommodating, very helpful, in getting something that was within my budget. He also sold me a new car last year, that is why I went back. My youngest Son also shops at your garage.
