Perfect customer service
From first enquiry, received call to book appointment to test drive. Ended up test driving 3 cars, nothing was a problem.
Rosie Jameson dealt with the sale from start to finish, explaining extended warranty for my needs and service plan available.

What can I say about Vauxhall…
What can I say about Vauxhall Newcastle? Loads. But I’ll start with the rating. I wish there was a ten star rating for the manager David, John and the sales assistant Rosie. They were amazing. I’ve never bought a second hand car before, and given the climate, finding a second hand car without a wet belt with low mileage was vertically impossible unless you wanted to take a risk with other online company’s. When I spoke to David, he understood my plight and did his best to find me a car. To add, my license had been sent off for renewal, so buying a car became even more difficult. However, David and his team along with thorough checks were able to get me the car I wanted. I left the showroom with nothing but relief. My stress levels reduced as David and his team took care of everything. This is normal people may say. Again, I had put my trust in another leading car dealership, I was lied to and deceived to gain a sale or sell the car. I had none of this with Vauxhall Newcastle. They are thorough and professional from the beginning to the end. I would definitely return to this dealership. Next time I’ll ensure I have my license haha.

We can’t fault our experience in buying our new car from Vertu motors (Vauxhall Newcastle Stamph Road) Earl showed us around he didn’t put any pressure on us to buy a car. He was so polite knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.(without confusing us with too much information). Even now that we’ve got our car they’ve made us feel like if we needed to go back for any reason that it would be ok and we would be made to feel very welcome. He was extremely helpful in ensuring all our requirements for the new car were met.

Great users cars at all prices
I was looking for a first car for my son, and spent ages browsing, inquiring, and worrying whether the cars I was looking at were going to be good for my son, as well as my wallet.
I spotted a car at Vertu Vauxhall that ticket all of the boxes, and because it was from a reputable dealer, with a free years warranty, it seemed like a no brainer to look at.
Earl, who served me was great. No car sales pressure, just great information about the car, going through all of the documentation he had, as well as looking a little deeper when I had questions.
My son is now the very happy owner of a Corsa.
