I still have NOT received my refund of items I returned and have been received by the in NOVEMBER which is daylight robbery….its now March !!!!!!
£200 of my money they have blatantly stole from me without giving me any personal response other than they will make it ‘their priority’ to look into and get no response after 15+ chase messages via email (their only form of communication is 1 x email address) and instagram! What is happening???????

I would leave 0 stars if I could, avoid this company like the plague, still waiting on a refund from almost 5 months ago, their excuse “delayed due to to a busy festive period” it’s the 29th of February 🥱 Embarrassing if you ask me, they still have the audacity to push sales on socials and delete comments from people who are waiting for their money back

Returned an item in December still waiting for a refund

If I could give it no stars I would. I sent the dresses I brought from this company back in October 2023. Since then I have sent over 10 emails with only bots replying and I still haven’t received my refund. It is frankly ridiculous, I am only writing a review to tell people DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Non existent customer service and refuse to refund me despite receiving my return 3 weeks ago with evidence!! DO NOT USE

Disgraceful customer service, as many other people. I have not received a refund on my item a while it may not be a lot of money, he’s significant to me. The stress and anxiety of not receiving my refund and no response to all my emails is very upsetting.
I have taken my complaint further but I doubt they will honour that either!

Returned a dress in August and no refund received. Email received today to say they ceased trading due to insolvency.

This is my second review now, I haven’t heard anything since my last review that you replied back to saying that you’d look into it asap & my emails are not being replied too anymore. Please can you refund me from the return I sent back 4months ago, this is absolutely ridiculous. Thank you!

Returned items at the start of December and still not received refund despite multiple emails/messages. Vesper are now ignoring all my emails and contact on social media. Over £100 lost.

I returned four dresses in September 2023. Have communicated via the chat and emails and constantly told they are addressing the back log. I think five months is very patient of me! Such a shame as the dresses are lovely and you could have had repeat business if you made the effort! See the last email received below 3rd February

I returned 2 dresses in January and still have not received a refund! I have contacted Vesper by email and messenger and no response. I am taking the matter to trading standards. It's ridiculous a company cannot honour their returns policy. People do not have the money to waste on products they cannot use

Ordered a dress in October 2023, no refund after chasing them for the last 5 months. Received an email about liquidation and to contact Crowes??. I went onto their website and emailed again. So awful, I'm a student who was trying to buy a nice dress for an event and now I'm scammed out of 78euro. Awful.

Placed an order with Vesper for 3 dresses to try on, kept 1 and returned the other 2. Awaiting a £60 refund still a month after I returned the items. Their tracking portal doesn't work and they don't have a phone number to call and do not respond to emails! Avoid!!! I will not use them again.

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE! They won't refund my money back, nearly £100 when I returned my goods in October. They keep saying the same thing to me and others. I have contacted them by email and Instagram and now they ignore me. DO NOT USE.

Honestly if I could give them no starts, then I would have done this. I ordered dresses for Christmas. I returned 2 at the start of January. I still didn’t receive a refund. I’ve emailed them multiple times and everytime they come with their sob story that they’re working on it. It’s been almost 2 months! How hard can it be? Seriously!? I’m so tired of these people and will not order with them again.

Ordered 2 dresses 11th dec, sent them both back on the 16th dec and they received on the 20th! Its now 25th feb still waiting on a refund!!
All you get is an email asking you to send all your information again and again! I have emailed numerous times!

Havent received notification regarding liquidation but you can still acess the website to buy clothes!! How can this be allowed???

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

For anyone trying to get a refund - try the ‘chargeback’ route via your debit or credit card. I have successfully clawed back a refund due to me this way. It works even if the item is less than £100. This route works even if the business is in administration (I had an identical issue with Chi Chi London, but also received my money back via chargeback despite the company apparently going into liquidation in September 2023).

Do not order from this company. They are a scam. Still waiting for a refund almost 3 months later, same automated email. No customer service telephone number.
I returned all items and have never received a penny back. A solo lite scam.

Beware do not use, sent my dress back and never got my refund, also ignored all my emails. Luckily I have paid by PayPal and they have opened a case.
