Like many others I bought some dresses to try on for a wedding - the one I kept ripped while I was at the wedding and the others I returned I have not been refunded for. I’ve chased numerous times and not been able to get an update until today they confirm they’ve gone into liquidation. That’s about £70-£80 lost. Absolutely livid.

Bought a dress at £70 back in November 2023 and still waiting for a refund three months later after several emails chasing it just to receive an automated reply back each time. The worst company I have ever purchased off.

Terrible customer service! It has been 2 months since the dress has been confirmed return and I still did not get the money back despite repetitive emails.

The owner of this company should be ashamed, I like many other have being emailing for 2 months trying to get my refund for a faulty dress , only from my latest email response to changed from “we apologise and we are sorting this refund as soon as we can” too we’re sorry we have just gone into liquidation. Like it’s a huge shock to them. The website hasn’t been closed down so it looks like people can still make purchase from this doomed company. Utterly terrible

If I could give them no stars I would! Not for the clothing, that might achieve a 3 or 4.
This company are taking peoples money knowing full well they cannot give you a refund should you require one! I returned a dress within 7 days of receiving it and 3 months later I am still waiting for my refund. All I get from them is they are sorry and they are experiencing high volumes of refund requests. AVOID

Waiting for a refund for 9 weeks!!! Confirmation received that my return was received but backlog being experienced due to Christmas. Still waiting and only receiving automated emails. Customer service is shocking - will never buy from here again which is a shame as the clothes were very nice.

If I could give them a zero I would. Firstly the sizing is horrendous. The dresses are strange shapes and not made for anyone with boobs. The I returned a dress on the 6th December. Despite numerous chasing ive not yet received a refund, now Vesper aren't replying. Awful customer service.

Same as comment below... I returned the dress on 12th Jan and today I've enquired again about the refund...

I received the below email:
"We very much regret that Vesper247.com Limited has ceased trading and steps have been taken to place the company into liquidation.

We Thank you for your support over the years and regret any inconvenience caused.

We will be writing to all parties involved in due course."

Not sure what to do about it... Lost some £35...

Update: received a return from my bank!

Don’t buy from here. I returned 4 or 5 dresses late December and I’ve still not received my refund. I’ve now received an email to say they have gone into liquidation. Do not order as you will loose your money if you try for a refund. BEWARE

AVOID!! They received the return and haven’t issued a refund.
The company has gone into administration so won’t get the refunds. You can contact your credit card provider or PayPal if it is under 120 days and you are entitled to a refund. Bunch of scammers

The dress I received was beautiful but unfortunately too long so I returned it. I was surprised that it would take "up to 28 days" for returns to be processed but was happy to wait. I have just sent a second email after receiving no reply to my first email chasing up my return with proof of postage. After reading other reviews, it sounds like I will struggle to get my money back!

No refunds from the dresses I returned £140 out of pocket.

As with other reviews, I received three dresses, wanted to return one - encountered problems with them allowing me to request a return. Then I posted the return and have for two months been chasing a refund. I have just had an email suggesting the company has gone into liquidation. I have tried to verify this without success. Do not buy from this company

Thieves!!! Return order 264295 over 2 months ago and still no refund!

Absolutely horrendous. Will not respond to my messages. Will not cooperate or even speak to me about my refund. Keep saying someone will be in touch but no one has ever been in touch. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t buy again

I returned a dress, one the first day the Post Office opened. So it would be returned within the correct timescale due to New Year holidays. To be told they were behind and catching up with returned orders.
5 Emails later to be told they have gone into administration. I need to contact my bank for the Refund
