Credit card purchases you are covered by law!

Ladies, if you bought your goods with a credit card (as I did) and have been waiting since last year for a refund on dresses tried for Christmas do’s (as I was), if you’re within 120 days since the purchase date then contact your credit card company for a refund as per your rights under UK regs for credit card purchases. I did this and recovered my money owed by this fraudster company within 7 days of filling in the forms. Moneysavingexpert.com has instructions if you need them. Always purchase online from trusted retailers eg Asos (lesson learned) and ALWAYS using a UK credit card. Hope that helps some of you out. I also pointed out to my cc provider that they should check out this Trustpilot reviews page for this despicable and terrible excuse for a clothing brand.

Disgusting

Literally disgusting con artists. They have owed me £220 since December, all the customer service comes back with is ‘please allow us 72 hours to look into this’ or ‘please send me your details’ and I never ever hear back from them. I HAVE SENT MY DETAILS 7 TIMES. I’m outraged by this company. They are a SCAM.

Pleased if they have stopped trading!

Awful experience and rather than be honest. Today have received this email when trying to contact them again following up my refund..

How to get a refund - even without receipt

Once you realise you have been robbed and fobbed off.

•Contact action fraud - they need volume reports to prosecute. (UK’s national reporting centre for fraud and cyber crime where you should report fraud if you have been scammed, defrauded or experienced cyber crime.)
•Send your email via the template trading standards send you
•Use your QR code tracking number as proof of return in your first email to get to the point.
•Small claims court is the last resort because it's time consuming for you. But you will be successful.

Do the bare minimum to contact this company as you will get your refund through the bank, credit card, paypal - whoever.

Despite everything I shown PayPal - this company tried to only offer me £86 instead of the full £126. I'd say thieves, but this is the work of a con artist. Vesper get the clothes back and keep the customers money.

From 1/12/23 the items were delivered and 17/02/2024 PayPal forced the refund.

Do not buy from this company

Do not use this company they don’t refund you!! I returned a dress beginning of December after only a couple of days of receiving and after many, many attempts to get my refund I’ve continued to be fobbed off. Proof of postage sent and nothing. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I returned two dresses in December. Lovely dresses just to long. Still waiting on refund. The last two times I emailed I have not received response. Absolutely no customer service. So so disappointed. Would not recommend.

Absolutely shocking AVOID!!

Absolutely shocking! Incredibly poor customer service. Like many of the reviews I have read on here, I returned £200+ worth of items in December and have still not had a refund 9 weeks after they received my return. Attached proof of return on mutiple emails and Instagram dms, promised they will look into it with no further response. Trading standards will be involved and may have to take to small claims court at this rate!! Disgusting

STILL WAITING ON A REFUND

Bought two dresses in November 2023, they didn't suit and so I returned them right away.

I have the tracking details to see that the dresses have been returned to Vesper and I am still waiting on a refund.

Despite various emails I am met with the same response to say they are working on it.

Not good enough, your customers are not a credit facility...

Avoid

If I could give this company a -1 stars I would. I would avoid this website. I've return 2 item back in December 2023 and yet to receive my refund. The customer service is terrible.

AWFUL- do not order from this terrible company

Ordered a dress at the start of December 2023 and returned the day it was received as I wasn’t keen on it. More than two months later and still waiting refund. I have been trying to contact them many many times and just get automated responses or weeks later I get a vague and generic robot response that they will follow it up then don’t get back in touch. I have been trying and failing to get any sort of human response and update since mid December and they just ignore and fob you off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - diabolical services

I have returned my item more than a month ago and chased on my returned item over past 2 weeks over CS twice but have not received a response. Last email I got is that return is with vesper 247 but nothing has been actioned. I would like my refund at this point. It has taken too long.

No Refund since November

I purchased a dress in November and returned the dress in November. I have since emailed and vesper were “looking in to the matter”. I then emailed today and they’ve said they have gone in to liquidation!

How can this be?. I sent my dress back in November well with in time and I have not had my refund. Your site is also still up and running. Please do not purchase from here.

I returned my items beginning of December, Vesper have received the items as I received a confirmation email that they’d got them back. It is now 2 months since they received them back and no refund of £90. I will never use them again. I’ve sent countless emails and messages on social media. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
