Gone into liquidation apparently bought over 12 dresses and returned, confirmed return and refused refund.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

I wrote this review on 1st Feb - over 2 weeks ago!!! I STILL HAVE HAD NOTHING!

Absolutely ridiculous - ordered a couple dresses for my Xmas party. Returned them and could see they were delivered to the Vesper return address on 21st Dec. I totally understand that Xmas means there are delays and office closures but I was told it could take up to 28 days to process. It’s now been a month and a half since it was returned. Haven’t even had confirmation that’s a refund is being processed, let alone the refund itself. I am always willing to be patient and I think the dresses were gorgeous, but £80+ is a lot of money to not have for 1.5 months.

Returned a dress on 1st November 2023 and still yet to receive a refund. I'm now emailing weekly with only an automated response. Almost 4 months for a refund??

Terrible company. Please do not buy from here. I ordered a dress in October which was faulty. I returned it to the company and provided proof of purchase. They acknowledged they had received my return and said refunds were taking a little longer than usual. 4 months on I’ve still not received any money back. They are scamming customers.

2nd November 2024 I Returned 2 dresses to the equivalent of £139. Was never refunded the money back. Emailed Vesper 247 several times, they apologised, stated it would be resolved soon. I emailed again today, I received an email back to say that they are in liquidation. Will I ever be compensated?? Disgusting that it couldn’t have been sorted since November. Very hurt.

I have purchased four items that I want to return but their return portal does not work. I have contacted the customer service and followed up but no one got back to me, and they also make it very clear that everything needs to be returned within 15 days from purchase date and that has to be logged into their return portal.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Disgusted at this company, ordered 2 dresses in November, both were huge and not the size advertised so returned them on the same day and I am still awaiting a refund 3 months later. Do not waste your money on this unprofessional outlet - taking legal action if they don’t refund me in the next week

Just had email to say Vesper in administration. Appalling. I have been owed refund since October 2023. Not sure where to go from here

I have received similar to other reviews on here. Sent back a dress and have received no refund just endless emails of how they will sort it and don’t!! Now to be told they have ceased trading but are still selling dresses online?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have come back as I had written a review a few weeks ago with the hopes that my refund would finally get resolved. Yet, it has still not been resolved nor have they reached out. It actually makes me feel sick that they’ve taken over £250 from me. This is money I can’t afford to lose.

What are the laws on this?

Back in December I purchased x6 dresses from Vesper 247 which all arrived promptly. Loved the dresses, kept 2, returned 4 as I ordered more than necessary in different sizes as wasn’t sure what size would fit. Returned the 4 dresses on the 15th December using the return label supplied by Vesper 247.

I am STILL waiting for my refund!! It’s been 2 months!!

I have sent numerous emails as can’t seem to find a phone number, all the responses have said they are working to get my refund sorted and yet nothing.

I am now down 4 dresses as well as £125 which I’m finding incredibly frustrating!!

PLEASE CAN I HAVE MY REFUND!!!

DO NOT BUY! I’ve been waiting on a refun dc for returned clothes for over a month. Had an email yesterday saying the company has ceased trading. WHY is the website still live if this is the case! Guess won’t get money back now.

Do not buy any thing from this websit they take your money and for an return item they wont pay you any refund they are scam

Horrible service DONT order, I ordered
two skirt co ords in November I returned them and still haven’t received a refund I email them & they state they have a back long on returns. Clothes look very cheap also

I should've read the reviews before buying from this amateur company. I returned my order and tracked it as been received by Vesper but had no acknowledgement or communication. I doubt I will get a refund at all going by the reviews on here. Buyers beware!

Awful and disgusting.
I ordered clothes from them in December and the clothes were too small for me, I returned the clothes since 30th of December and they still haven't refunded my money.

Please do order anything from them, I wish I have checked the reviews before ordering.
The customer service is awful no contact number to reach them and they ignored your email as well.
Stay away from them!!!

I cannot express anymore how dissapointed i am with the service. Is over 2 months now and NO REFUND. All i hear is an apology when they wish to write back once a negative review is added but they cannot even provide a date for my refund. I lost the will to chase because nobody at vesper247 is able to solve the refund which is quite shocking. I need further advice how to escalate this to another level because after 2 months im getting nowhere. They cannot hold customers money. Is not right.

I placed 2 orders in early December but unfortunately they didn't fit so I returned them 2 days after they arrived. It's now been 3 months and I've still not received my money back. I've emailed 20+ times and I get the same message back everytime this is beyond a joke
