DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Still waiting for my refund after over 10 weeks. I have tracked the return and it has been received by Vesper. Absolutely terrible to keep all of your customers money. I can see that I am not the only person having this issue. I cannot understand it from such a big company. I will never order from Vesper again. I would 0 star rating if I could.

Not worth the stress

Dresses stunning unfortunately not good for a bigger chest. Ordered 6 dresses, (recieved 7) which I returned more than a month ago and still no refund at all. If I would've known that this would happen I would've never ordered anything from this website. Sent an email with all the details of the return to receive an automated email back and nothing after. Never ever again!!

Returned my dress in November 23 still no refund

Returned my dress in November 2023 and still not had a refund.

I have contacted them multiple times and when they eventually reply I’m told they are working on it.

Dresses are good quality but the returns process has been a nightmare and has put me off ordering from them again.

I returned dressed in NOVEMBER and still no refund! This has actually caused so much stress, not just to myself but clearly lots of other people! PLEASE PLEASE CAN I JUST HAVE MY REFUND??

3 months and no refund. AWFUL!!!

Looking at the below reviews im in the same boat. Ordered dresses back in November, returned almost a week after and now, Feb 13th and still no refund. I've emailed them everyday for 2 weeks now and no reply. They fobbed me off with a email a month ago stating there system was down and unable to do refunds at the moment. Ridiculous and the worst customer service! Will never buy from this company again and i wouldn't recommend anyone else does either.

4 months and still no refund!!

Disgusted by this company. Purchased a dress in October 2023 and returned a week later. It's now mid-February 2024 and still no refund. When emailing the company, I've received the same message countless times saying they are experiencing delays and I'll get my refund as soon as possible...terrible experience.

WAITING 4 MONTHS FOR A REFUND

I ordered 4 dresses to try for a wedding back in October, returned 3 within allocated time. I have contacted them 4 times to receive the same email saying they are having a "high volume of returns" and that they are "working hard to process my refund".However it has been over 4 months yet I am still to receive my refund of over £100. Do not recommend ordering as although dresses are nice its not worth the stress if you need a refund. Very disappointed.

Awful return/refund system

Unfortunately, I am noticing now that many others experienced this as well. Not only the return process is difficult and unnecessarily complicated, but also the refund process is taking ages. It’s been more than a month now and I can see that people have been waiting for way longer! Just awful

I am waiting 2 months on a refund. I have proof from Royal Mail that the return was received. Appreciated there would be a slight delay over Christmas but not 2 months. Plus my item was returned early December.

I would give this company 0 stars if…

I would give this company 0 stars if possible. I ordered 3 dresses in December and returned them beginning of Jan which was received by them on 06th Jan. I still haven't received my refund!! Iv emailed 4 times and received 1 response claiming they have a "high volume of returns" thereafter the same automated response. Disgusting, can't comment on social media posts or live chat is just a robot. Stay clear and DO NOT purchase from this company. Such ashame as I've ordered items previously and returned some with no issues so no idea what the issue is now!!

2MONTHS NO REFUND!!!!

Still waiting on a refund from December. I purchased well over £100 of stuff from them and actually loved the dress I ended up with so much I recommended this company to other people. Unfortunately I returned a number of items I didn't need one because of a tear on the seam. I am over 2 months into waiting for a refund. They send the same generic response every time and have now stopped responding. There's no indication of when I will get a refund. STAY CLEAR! it's a shame because the dresses are actually nice but the customer service is shocking. I just want my money back.

Avoid this company completely

I have had sever issues with my recent order with Vesper 247
- very poor quality items
I had mad a substantial order as I wanted to try a variety of different styles and colours. All of very poor quality and not true to size, I returned all of these items.

- difficulty with returning items. On initially trying to return my items I was informed by the returns portal that some dresses were not eligible for refund as they were enlisted in the ‘last chance’ category. This was not the case on purchasing the items and on speaking to customer service about this they were largely unhelpful with sparse and delayed responses.
Nevertheless I attempted to return the remaining items and had many days where the ‘returns portal’ was ‘unavailable’. This meant I was essentially unable to return a large order of clothes.
Again, attempts were made to contact customer service to no success.
Within a space of days, the refund instructions on the website had changed, the refunds portal was no longer advertised and buyers are expected to fund a tracked order as well as a £1.50 processing fee. This was a substantial amount (£16) due to the weight of my parcel.
These new returns instructions were contradictory to the ones I received with my parcel (sheet of instructions informing me of a returns portal that now doesn’t exist).
All of the above issues resulted in a delay in my returned items. From reading the below experiences I anticipate a significant delay/ refusal of my refund request.
I would not recommend Vesper, all of the above issues could have been avoided with a clear and effective customer service. I will not be using this company again due to the significant stress and financial burden this has cost me.

Don’t give refunds - rip off

Returned dresses in December, still waiting a refund of £175 but nothing. I have had multiple responses saying they are looking into it but still no refund. Its outrageous! They should not be allowed to trade they owe loads of people refunds!
