What I received was a fake copy of what it claimed to be. As an object it is still nice and I can equally use it, but a scam as it is some cheap production that is not acceptable on Vestiaire.
It is becoming too expensive to sell on Vestiaire. The seller fees are too high. If I sell a £30 tshirt I only receive half of that.

I really want to like Vestiaire Collective and had a positive experience selling around £500 worth of fashion items. However, I encountered some difficulty locating my payments.
PayPal confirmed there had been no activity on their side from Vestiaire. They suggested adding a dot between my first and last name in my email address. At the same time, PayPal kindly reassured me that even without the dot they would have contacted me directly, as dots before the @ symbol are generally ignored by services like Gmail and do not affect delivery.
I had been in ongoing chats with Vestiaire’s 24/7 customer service, but the responses felt quite automated, which made it difficult to resolve the matter quickly.
After my fifth call to PayPal, we discovered that the email address Vestiaire was using included a dot, while mine did not, causing the payment notification to go to a different inbox. I found the process with Vestiaire’s customer service quite challenging and frustrating at times. Thankfully, PayPal were excellent and managed to resolve everything for me on that final call.
I hope Vestiaire can improve their payment and support processes so other sellers have a smoother experience. I’d still love to continue working with them in the future.
Very efficient in terms of responses and delivery. Product exactly as expected.

If I want to resell what I bought and didn’t fit. I wouldn’t get enough views and I guess VC algorithm gives more visibility to more active users and that makes me not wanna buy anymore because if something doesn’t fit I can’t resell

Customer service has been great. But delivery has been a nightmare. I had the orders shipped to my shop and ship address in the US as Vestiaire does not ship to the UAE. 3 out of 4 orders say delivered. Shop and Ship have not received anything and the 4th order I am waiting to see as it’s been shipped to my address but not yet delivered. A direct delivery to IAE may be more effective.
