Very slow service when marked as urgent
Despite having a prescription from a veterinary practice it still took over a week for my order to arrive - despite the fact that I had said my dog had an open wound and had run out of drugs? I don’t see the point of getting a prescription if it has to spend several days being verified? Why does it take so long? Surely there is a database of reputable veterinary practices? So not sure if my dog now has a bone infection and pretty fed up.

Firstyly I could not believe the saving I made compared to a previous online go to. In fact I was so worried in case I was being scammed that I paid on my credit card.
