These are the most comfortable and beautiful shoes I’ve had for a long time, and I’m getting so many compliments too. They truly surpassed expectations.

Bought two pairs of sandals that cost €104 recently. The total price came to €149 which means it cost €45 to post them to Ireland. The ankle strap on one pair of the sandals (Dragon Espadrillles) was so short it wouldn’t go around my ankle let alone tie. I'm a normal weight with slim ankles. Another reviewer online had commented on this same problem with these sandals. I need to return them but Sharmane, Customer Service Manager with V.GAN, is refusing to pay the postage saying it isn’t a faulty product when it obviously is. They expect me to pay even more than the €45 postage already paid to send them back!!! The law is against them. With this diabolical customer service attitude they don’t deserve repeat business. Furthermore, I was invited to leave a review by email on these sandals and when I submitted it, it didn’t go live on their website which means they only allow reviews they want on their site. That speaks volumes! Their products should speak for themselves instead of them trying to control the narrative.

The initial quality of the shoes is excellent. They are comfortable and look/feel amazingly like leather. Time in transit from UK to US was less than expected. Overall terrific value and experience.

Well designed and constructed Aspar boots. Negative points - material doesn't breathe like leather. Material has a top layer that may peel off if scuffed etc unlike what would happen with reasonable quality leather.

Super pleased with my purchase, really comfortable and love the ethics of the brand and end product. Highly recommend.

High quality product! My new shoes and new belt look even better in-person. Very comfortable boots! Very fast delivery time, too, especially considering that these came from overseas. The “V.GAN” logo on the boot sole is subtle, but it does make me feel good throughout the day knowing that I am supporting a company that is trying to help save animal lives.
