Everything went really good and easy. Good customer service and especially Matteo was very nice and helpful when we returned the car. Overalle we are happy and would book again!!

Since the beggining it was very hard to do the checkin in the web, booking number and web were not working.
My book was at 14h and I arrived at 13h45 and my car was not available, I have to wait until 14h30 to pick it up in Alghero airport.
It was very hard to find the spot to drop off in Cagliari airport.
I had a problem with the car that I have contacted the Customer Service and the agent told me that somebody will go in half hour. I was waiting 1h10min when I left from my hotel because my children want to dinner, and after 1h40min of my call somebody arrived in my hotel to fix the car but they only speak italian, when I try to explain the problem and told them that I was in the restaurant and I asked them to wait 30min, they left and asked me to open another claim.
Luckily the problem gone and I could drive the car.
I paid everything and there was no damage and 3 days after I was debited 350eur and I did not receive any e-mail before or after saying why. I have sent some e-mails asking, but no reply.

I prepaid for a rental car via Discover Cars which was to be picked up at Viaggiare at Cagliari Airport in Sardegna. When I presented my Australian issued Visa credit card to pay the security deposit at the counter, they decided that their system did not recognise my valid credit card as a credit card and since they weren't able to take a security deposit using my VALID credit card, I was denied the rental car that I had paid over $ 500 euros for. And to get a refund, I had to contact Discover cars! I called my bank in Australia within a minute of this ridiculous nonsense and my bank laughed!! They said it is ofcourse a VALID credit card and noted that no transaction was even attempted on my credit card. Discover cars have responded saying that it appears my bank may have flagged the transaction as fraudulent so I should have alerted my bank prior to my holiday informing them that I was travelling overseas so they would have honoured the transaction....and for that reason they cant refund my payment...instead issuing me a rental credit .....I live in Australia so what will I do with this credit for a rental company in Europe?!? And NO TRANSACTION WAS ATTEMPTED ON MY VALID CREDIT CARD!!! I will be launching legal action because this is utterly ridiculous!!! And funnily enough...Gold car, which was the counter right next door, seemed to magically have the exact same Toyota Yaris that I had pre paid for at Viaggiare!! Eventhough on their website they had NO CARS AVAILABLE THAT DAY! Interesting!!! guess they are all in it together....how romantic!!

Rented a car had fantastic customer service from Matteo and Valentina very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend and I would use them again if I go to Cagliari thank you.

Mateo was super helpful. Upgraded car. It had a few dings here and there but Mateo asked if we were OK with that and recommended we took a before, and after video,,,, just in case. As our happens, there wasn't any issue with the return or the release of the deposit.

Handy location, great prices, nice cars, low deposit and highly efficient staff like Matteo make rental a breeze!

Terrible service. After waiting for 45 minutes at the desk and another 20 of processing, we were told that the car we had booked in advance was not available. So now we are told to wait another 90 minutes. God knows how long it will actually be. No compensation, no apology, nothing. They don't even want to give me written confirmation of the delay.

Quick and smooth check-in and check-out, with very friendly staff. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a bigger and better car than we booked. Adding a second driver was cheaper directly at the desk compared to the broker, which was a nice bonus.
The team was very flexible and kindly allowed us to adjust our return time for free within the 4-day limit, since our host changed the check-out time. Communication was excellent—quick responses to calls, and all information and advice were explained clearly.
Overall, a great experience with excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Renting a car via Viaggiare ren was very good experience. Pick up was easy, just a bit surprise for me was a self check-in when I got the key and I should make a video of the car by myself and send it to the phone number via WhatsApp. A bit difficult at 11pm with lack of street lights. 🙂 The car (Citroen C3) was almost new with parking cam, modern infotainment. The drop off process very easy and smooth. The staff checked the car - now personally - and got me sign the protocol in his mobile app. The only strange moment was to spend 20 mins. by finding the dropp off parking lot as we delivered the car on another location then we have collected. If you will do it similarly, please ask for precise location when check-in.

Excellent Rental Car Company

Good price, good vehicle, convenient on-airport location at both Cagliari and Olbia. And they respectfully accepted that I already had excess insurance - none of the unpleasant aggressive hard sell of additional insurance you so often experience at pick-up. Viaggiare will be my first choice company in Italy now.

We had online checkin and we was waiting a little bit, but its normal. We had rezervation on another car, but Dacia Duster was great. Im glad that deposit was returned after few working days. Everything was allright
