Expensive, service non-existent.
Expensive Chinese wholesale store that has no order cancellation. If you want to return your product you are fully charged yourself.
It's very expensive and has no real service to harbor that. This is a really bad deal. Find a local retailer with good service or use another Chinese wholesale website with better prices.

Lousy product quality and customer service
Ordered a kitchen product that arrived completely bent and unusable - flimsy packaging, flimsy materials. I contacted company and got a chat or that kept saying “Click here for return form” but never went to form. Finally found it at bottom of website - filled out form and submitted it. Reply was they would give me 1) 125% coupon to order something else; or 2) send the same item again. I answered that I wanted neither, only wanted my money back and have gotten no reply. I will never order from them again - lousy product and shipping quality, lousy customer service.

Delivery suggested as quick when ordering and then email 10 mins after order placed saying 30 working day for delivery. Emailed straight away to cancel and told no order can be cancelled after they are placed no matter what. Customer service very inflexible. Would never use again. They say UK on site, but are actually shipping from Hong Kong.

Fast charger
I ordered a fast charger with Vicedeal. Not only did it take over a month to arrive, when it did it turned out to be completely the wrong one (slow charger). Unfortunately I let them convince me to order a new one at their website with a free coupon. Of course it took again a month, and when it arrived it turned out again to be a slow charger.
This is a pure drop shipping company that does not have a clue about its products. It orders pure s*** from China and tries to sell it at premium prices.
DO NOT BUY HERE!
