We worked closely with Toby and Edward to purchase a house with Vickery. The service has been great from start to finish. At the point of searching, they would arrange for us to see multiple properties which they felt would benefit us. When we made an offer we received weekly updates and guidance which was especially helpful as this was our first time buying a house. Would highly recommend using this estate agent to anyone looking to purchase a house.

Refreshing to deal with an estate agent who are honest, punctual and respond in a timely manner. In particular dealing with Toby Horne was a pleasure as his mannerisms and knowledge was incredibly pleasing.

Edward Whitaker, who manages several branches, brings a big, most welcome breath of fresh air into the estate agency business. I thoroughly recommend him. And I have moved over a dozen times in the past 4 decades.

I am about to complete the purchase on my first home through Vickery, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the team were absolutely amazing. I dealt mainly with Edward and he was brilliant. He was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process.

The whole branch works brilliantly as a team, from senior management to front-line staff. Toby was our main point of contact once a buyer was found, but Edward, Charles, Matthew, and Lewis were all consistently proactive and supportive throughout.

With the purchase of my first home had multiple challenges due to my inexperience, however Toby and Edward conducted the whole process in a professional and reassuring manner.

After the disappointment of missing out on it the first time round they was quick to notify me when it returned to market and get me in contact with the seller.

The weekly progress updates was a nice touch and being in contact with my solicitor and broker directly sped up the process to approximately 12 weeks including Christmas shutdown.

If/when I come to sell my property I’ll definitely be in contact with them to assist me again

Viewed a gorgeous property with Vickery. The house was lovely but the location wasnt right for us. What stood out more so was, Toby H who showed us round the home in camberely. He was very knowledgeable about the local area, schools and even their catchment. I honestly don’t know where to start. We certainly couldn’t have got through this year without Vickery, especially Edward. The whole team provides a 5 star service, no matter how big or small. The staff at Vickery’s are delightful to deal with. They are unfailingly polite, helpful and hard working. Selling a house, particularly using a Lasting Power of Attorney, is stressful. Vickery staff eased the process. Edward, Matthew and Lewis have been delightful to work with.
