Everything is not bad, but I would like to see the processing process when ordering, otherwise it is incomprehensible whether I ordered it or not.
The delivery was made later than initially said on the order.
The product did not correspond to the description. The description said it has a base, although it did not.

Contacted the support centre with my issue related to the delivery. Still waiting for someone to get back to me after a month.
It is the first and the last time I order anything from them as the item came scratched and had a missing part.
In the end after trying to contact them multiple times I was promised that they would get back to me, which they didn't.
Had quite hectic experience with those people.
Dear customer, if you see this. You must know that in comparison to Amazon the service that is provided by these scumbags may not be compared.
Try to find a better seller. :)

Delivery is good.. 1 week.
Product.. i know it wasn’t expensive, but in pictures it looked so good but in reality it looks so cheap. It wasn’t straight.. it is unstable on floor. Disappointing.
Delivery was on time, everything was in order. I can't say anything about the induction surface yet, because it will still be installed. thanks.
On July 12, 2016 I ordered two skateboards that on website of vidaxl.lv were named as penny (penny board). Order number was 371103799. I received my purchase on July 19. The quality did not correspond to a price. Since the company offers ‘free return and free pickup of the maiden purchases' I decided to return the items. On July 19 I sent an e-mail to the Customer Service. I have received several replies, but so far none of offered services ‘free pickup and money refund’ have happened. All the time I receive prepared answers that due to a system error, my e-mail has reached them later than the date chosen. Several times I have replied them that the parcels are ready to pick up whenever they like. Instead of receiving a call from Courier Service to pick up the parcels I again receive an e-mail that due to a system error, my e-mail has reached them later than the date chosen. What else should I do for the parcels would be picked up and my money would be refund?
