Return of product is a nightmare and they asking you questions in several emails why is you returning, creating a spin, counting you will get tired and eventually forget. Sorry but this is just simply against the customers rights!

Some of the holes in the wooden table…
Some of the holes in the wooden table top do not correspond with the holes in the frame. I had to drive the screws in with an impact driver to secure the table top to the frame securely.
Other than that a good product for the money.

Honestly the worst designed and…
Honestly the worst designed and manufactured piece of furniture I have ever tried to put together. Has clearly been made to fit into smaller packaging, so ridiculously overly complicated to put together. Key parts of the structure had no pre-drilled holes and had to be measured (millimetre perfect) with a tape measure, inevitably resulting in errors and having to remake large parts of the bed. Took hours. Blood pressure through the roof. Steer clear!!!!

2 x Shade Cloth awnings less than 4 months, perished. You can push your finger thru with almost no force.
Contacted VidaXL but no response.
I have also purchased 2 more in May, and concerned these will fail soon as well :(

Very Poor service
This company is shit and is full of false information.
They said delivery will be in 6 business days and its taking 15 days for delivery. Customer care knows nothing, they keep on saying item is shipped but tracking shows for a week only the shipping info sent. They completely lie all the time.Very unprofessional. Thank for ruinig my plan and wasting my time.

On-line shopping experience was excellent. Everything was delivered on-time.
The outside veranda we ordered is a bit of a mixed bag. The frame was time consuming, but all the parts were there and are sturdy. The tent itself is very difficult and not user friendly. The curtain ties were sewn on backwards and it came in one long piece. Separate sections would have been preferable. Also, no instructions came with the interior lighting, so we have no idea where to hook it up.

Delivered with a fault
Unfortunately the chairs have been delivered with a fault. However after making a complaint I was contacted by a very polite & helpful lady from Customer Services who asked me for a video showing the problem & she promised to investigate the fault & get back to me as soon as possible

Order canceled and not refunded
Ordered wardrobe doors for 7 wardrobes and made the payment via bank transfer. 5 days after they were meant to be delivered, I was told the payment 'wad not able to be reconciled", the order has actually been canceled, and I needed to get a signed letter from the bank to get my money back.
Terrible payment and refund policies and no contact with the client. They only respond on email and no phone contact.

Extremely poor quality, they shouldn't be allowed to sell anything like that. I bought a garden furniture and for 500 euro this is absolute garbage, nothing fits, holes in the wood, don't make same mistakes

Stay away from this company. The quality is very poor. Customer service is very bad too.

After complaining on Trustpilot, we received better support and have been able to return the product without further expenses. The fact that we received 3 bad quality products did not change. We wasted a lot of time and energy with this company ending up with nothing but not loosing any money. This does not change our opinion about the company and the received products

Ordered a "metal trolley" it came in horrible condition crooked and bent.
bends like aluminium foil, absolute garbage quality sent to the wrong adress, took forever to arrive and bad customer service.
Never shopping from vidaXL again. I just hope I can get a full refund

The wood used is poor quality
The wood used is poor quality. It is spilt or spilts very easily when assembled. The packaging was torn, so it was wet inside and got mouldy. Also the delivery just dropped it, no contact or or anything. :(
