The video cut out 3 times. However the doctor then called me and was very helpful. The connection is the only reason I am not providing 5 stars.

I thought it was amazing
I thought it was amazing. First of all the app is so easy to access and I wasn’t even 10 mins on the phone with the doctor, less than an hour later I got a text saying my prescription was ready! It was so quick and so easy

I had to contact video doc as i had an infection in my eye. i found them very prompt and helpful. Had my prescription to my chemist within a couple of hours. so all in all an excellent service and all from my own home

Very fast and efficient service
Very fast and efficient service. I got to see a doctor straight away and the medication I needed was ready in my local pharmacy within an hour of my consultation. Highly recommended this service.

First time using VideoDoc...I hate going to doctors ! I would not hesitate to use this service again. The doctor was such a pleasant, friendly, professional gentleman and put me at ease straight away.
My prescription was sent immediately to my local pharmacy and it was there waiting for me to collect within the hour ! Stress free wonderful service. My son also had the same experience just an hour before hand. 2 very happy service users 😊👍
