The app works fine with a lot of option to save in a video format, for some may take a little learning, but play around with it, and it's free, nothing is lock down no trial, no limit uses, no watermarks

I have the VideoProc Vlogger and Converter Apps and have found them to be relatively easy and good to use.
I did recently experience a problem with the Converter which kept freezing/failing when saving cut videos.
I contacted VideoProc support and was very pleased with their quick response and understanding.
Whether the issue was an update error or a problem with my PC I do not know but all was soon up and running again.
I can only say that I am very pleased with the products and truly comforted to know that if other issues occur there is very good help readily available.

I love using VideoProc Converter from Digiarty. It's a multi-functions program, from Youtube downloading to DVD video converting to the video format of your choice. What I like most is the company's honest business. I own a lifetime-update version 5.5 for (5) computers and the company has given me a free upgrade to version 6.0 AI with courteous and profession support. That's something we rarely find in money-hungry software business nowadays. I highly recommend VideoProc Converter.

They spammed me with dozens of silly emails, they only read the first you send, not the others - they don't listen. I'm glad after the 10th email [just the same as all the others] I didn't sign up or pay for anything. They don't answer questions, help or anything else.
VideoProc Converter is NOT good for just a simple basic mp3 file download.
On their app under “Add Music” the mp3 details are specs for mp4 files not mp3. A visual format, why would I want Digital spec’s for music file? Anyone can download mp3 files online but if (for example) they have a Bitrate of only of 96k why do that when elsewhere I can get Bitrate of 192k ? (The standard for years now). Today websites offer a Bitrate download choice. The highest quality is 320k. A file has a BETTER sound. Their app is not for mp3 quality files, prove me wrong & I'll use it.

Great response from Customer support. Software works very well. I was archiving old DVD's since I no longer have a dvd player, but did not want to loose the Movies/Documentaries. Worked extremely well on multi "Titled" dvd. Excellent value for the money

VideoProc Converter works very well, and very fast, using the NVIDIA GTX1660 Super GPU in my Windows 10 PC.
It took about 15min to convert and compress a 3-1/2 hr, 12.4GB HD MOV video file into a 720p, H.264, MP4 file that measures 3.9GB, with good quality.
After wasting multiple hours in the past, using software-only conversion programs, to do similar things, I am quite impressed with this product.

I’m a fairly recent convert to VideoProc - the program I’d been using previously to download youtube videos stopped working and was out of support, so I decided to switch over to this one after reading some reviews. I’ve been very happy with it - it works very well and produces good quality video files, and so far has been able to process every video I’ve tried It on. It can do more than just download videos too, but that’s been my use so far. The program is also straightforward and easy to use.

A few days ago I did hit a small issue with some particular youtube videos, where the last seconds of the audio was lost. I contacted DigiArty support and was impressed with their response - my communications were returned very promptly, and a fix provided within 2 days of my first email. That’s the sort of support that gives you confidence in your purchase - thanks again Adam!

Like I said, I’m very happy with VideoProc, and with DigiArty. Definitely worth trying if you have a need to download videos to your computer. For the record, I’m running it on a Windows 11 PC.

Product is easy to use (all of them). Simple mouse click. Even when it seems confusing, there are great videos on the internet which show just how quick and easy it is. Also, customer support has always been great (been using their products, VideoProc and WinXDVD Ripper for about 3 years now)

I've been using VideoProc Converter for almost 3 years, it's fantastic software. Recently it stopped working and crashed when I opened it. I contacted support who recommended updating the GPU driver. I did that and it works again. Brilliant to have such good customer/ tech support.

The best converter and fast with a lot of possibilities

For those who need video subtitles, due to hearing loss or lack of language skills, there are few things as annoying as subtitles that are out of sync with the audio track. There are various software solutions available to correct this problem ranging from the manual-tedious to the automatic-simple. Solutions on the manual end of this spectrum typically involve playing the video, listening to the audio track, and reading the subtitles while using the keyboard to manually time-shift the relevant tracks until they are synchronized as best can be determined by the human senses. After the manual synchronization is complete, the original file must then be re-encoded to permanently capture the changes.

Automatic solutions are virtually effortless, but typically require that the audio-video file and the subtitle text file be loaded separately into the application so the software can work its synchronization magic. These solutions obviously require that one can obtain the appropriate subtitle file from some reliable source.

VideoProc Converter is the only software solution I have found -- and I have looked extensively -- that allows you to extract the original subtitles from a video file and create a separate subtitle (SRT) file that can then be loaded into an automatic synchronization application to produce a new perfectly synchronized SRT file. The new SRT file can then be used in a video player as an external subtitle source, or VideoProc Converter can be used again to reintegrate the new subtitle file into the original audio-video file, either soft-coded or burned in.

The process works perfectly and, for me, was sufficient reason alone for purchasing VideoProc Converter.

I should also mention that, on one occasion, I had a minor problem installing an update to the VideoProc software. I was able to email the support guys at Digiatry who quickly responded and resolved the issue.

I hope this review is helpful to anyone who needs video subtitles and is considering purchasing VideoProc Converter.

This is a seamless, intuitive product that is useful for someone like me who is not very knowledgeable about software. When I downloaded a YouTube video using VideoProc Converter, it would not play on my Mac ("not compatible with Quicktime"). I emailed my issue and support gave me a clear explanation and a simple suggestion, "You can add the video back to the program and convert it to MP4 H.264, which is QuickTime compatible." It worked perfectly and I appreciated the fast clear response.
