I wrote a review on this product, shown receipts, etc, but I see it was taken down. I stand on the review that I posted, stating that this converter is NO GOOD! It's a WASTE OF MONEY!!! I posted an in-depth review and it was taken down. Companies don't want to hear when a customer has a bad experience then post it. They only want the good ones. Well, my experience with this product was not good and I want anybody who read this to know it.

Very fast support and assistance with locating my lost activtiation code. Great software, just far more convienient that what I was using before.

downloaded video pro converter 29th March - and paid for family licence. It comes up with an error message and to contact support. Have now tried to install and register on three different machines - with the same result.

Have sent an email to support (and also sales) four times with no response. About to give up and ask for a refund - although not sure how that will go given that they do not respond. Anyone any suggestion how to make contact with them?

the support team has made contact - for some reason none of my emails were getting through. I sort of worked that out as after they made contact following this review - I lost contact again and so made contact using another email. Now all sorted! So please disregard the negative comments - now to use the software and I will get back with another review once I have used it for a while. Thanks Trustpilot.

so my new software worked as advertised for three days. Then it quit. I contacted support and after a couple of days, they told me the problem was not enough storage.
Unfortunately I had already unsuccessfully tried to reload the software. Turns out I had copied the password incorrectly. After sending a screenshot they identified my error. System is working again.

The reason why I give them 5 stars is because the application fulfills its mission perfectly and secondly because the technical team behind it is very professional. When I have needed something from them they have always answered me, solving the problem efficiently, quickly and with kindness

With 3 exchanges of letters, they successfully solved my problem with the VideoProc software, which was not caused by the operation of the software, but by the exhaustion of the storage capacity of my computer.

I use the program just for adding English subtitles to downloaded videos and it does that well most of the time.
I asked if I could set up defaults so that I don't have to enter the same for every single video but got no response for that question.
My main bugbear is that I'm using an old version 3.5 but I can't install a newer version as I keep getting an error message with "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)".
I've since installed two programs to see if it is my computer and they installed effortlessly.
DigiArty say it is a Microsoft problem and I can't see that it is.

The reason I am leaving a 5 stars respond is simply because these guys are extremely treating my comments seriously. Every time when I raised an issue or suggestion, they would come back to me so quick and solved my problem perfectly.

Though I got the Converter software at a promotion, the Support Team tackled my problem precisely within a few hours after I e-mailed them with the error screenshot. Functions I used most frequently are screen-recording and video-download, they just meet my needs.

The Support Team resolved my issue promptly after I provided a couple of log.txt files. Communication via email was prompt and concise. VideoProc is a tremendous product.

Support responded in relatively guick time considering thousands must have experienced same issue . Very pleased with team ,. APP is best and easiest to use .😊

Besides having a great product, they have excellent customer service. Programs like VideoProc Converter which interface with YouTube need to always be in sync with YT tech and thus software always is.

I'm only using the download tool, and that works more or less flawlessly. But I am not happy with the 3 second delay in the freeware version; it should enough that you have to click on extra time on the reminder. Putting in an additional delay is off-putting and not very sympathetically even though it's their right to do so. But this is also why I cannot award the fifth star.
However, the Digiarty support team is very quick to reply to an inquiry and to fix any issues.

Firstly it works, never glitches or crashes whatever I throw at it and I use it a lot. 2nd The customer service is fantatsic. They have helped me solve a problem when I upgraded to the new VPC (literally emailed back in minutes) and then again when I lost my software license code, emailed me back within a minute with the code! Good people good product. Cheers!

I purchased Video Proc to help me create a Youtube Video.
It was very easy to use and create my videos.
The other part i like about Video Proc is the Video Tutorials they constantly put out to teach you how to create videos and use Video Proc.

This is my favorite video editing software and combined with Avidemux free software is a great combination.
I am into music video editing and use it for parties and BBQs

Used to be happy with this app on MacOS, but since af 2 month it is no longer working. After a few mails support got silent...
I would not spend my money on this.
