STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS!!!

This company claimed they sent an email regarding auto renewing that I never received. I cancelled the day I saw the charge and are refusing to credit my account back. I took a break from filming so i hadn't use their service in over 6 months. This is an attempt to STEAL money when I never used or logged into their service. This is TERRIBLE customer service and i'll never go back to using them once i get my YouTube filming back on track!!!

Scam product

Scam product. Their "AI" is crap and so random - basically their app is USELESS, except maybe the outliers but that's about all that is actually useful. You can get better advice from Grok. I'm certain most of their reviews are FAKE and testimonials from other influencers and youtubers because they get a cut or commission.

Wrost Experience. I am using this for my channel this month, but it does not work, do not buy this subscription. I am using keyword research tool and put all best keywords in my video according to vidIQ suggestions but i got only 9 views, most of the videos SEO is according to VidIQ and all these videos are failed to perform.

I canceled my plan after 4 days within…

I canceled my plan after 4 days within the "free trial period".
Today i log into my bank account to get slapped in the face by a VidIQ payment.
I got charged for an entire month.
The program is not for me.
There is no e-mail you can refer this issue to. Just a bot, that does not help at all.
I am disappointed and would not recomment vidiq to anyone.

What a worthless and scammy product.

Their thumbnail ratings always changing even when I use the same thumbail, it seems to generate some random numbers . Titles recommendations are worse than mine and thumbnail generator doesn't even work.

The idea generators are useless and gives some really terrible useless ideas that won't get any views.

The only thing that might be helpful is their statistics but it is available for free anyway. Hopefully I can cancel my subscription but not counting on getting my money back as others have complained about.

I bought vidiq BOOST for 2 channels

I bought vidiq BOOST for 2 channels- 1 yr.. It has never worked right. I get runarounds and no help. After 6 months I unsubscribed and ask for a refund, they refused. I still have until Nov.2025 left . I was using BOOST button when I did a new video and just as soon as I unsubscribed the button for that disappeared. What service I had slowed down and thumbnails or anything I tried to do were lowed scored. They have given me the runaround, I don't have it , I do have it. Then tried to sell it to me and then tried to convince me I have the service but I cannot see it. So I stopped trying to resolve it with them. I saved all chats and I am taking mine to BBB. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SERVICE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHRISTIAN CONTENT?

Canceled During Trial, Still Charged — No Refund

I signed up for VidIQ and canceled during the free trial it somehow did not reflect on their end, but was still charged. Despite reaching out to support, the day I was charged I was told I couldn’t get a refund—even though I made sure to cancel before the trial ended and never used the paid features.

I’m disappointed in the lack of accountability and poor customer service. If you’re considering VidIQ, be cautious. Their cancellation process clearly doesn’t work as expected, and there’s no guarantee you won’t be charged even if you cancel in time.

It’s frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t honor its own trial terms or make any effort to resolve issues for customers in good faith.

esolved in the End, But Unnecessarily Difficult

I signed up for a free trial with vidIQ, but was charged on the final day of the trial — before I had a proper chance to cancel. Despite reaching out immediately, my initial refund request was refused, which is disappointing and out of step with UK consumer rights (which include a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services).

Only after escalating and referencing legal protections was the refund granted — and while I appreciate the eventual resolution, the process felt unnecessarily rigid and dismissive. It's also worth noting that many of the platform’s features are available via free alternatives, making it hard to justify the subscription cost.

If you're signing up for a trial, keep a close eye on your billing date — and don't expect a smooth cancellation experience if you’re unhappy with the platform.

I have been using VidIQ for about a…

I have been using VidIQ for about a year and a half. I am noticing that when they recommend a keyword with a value, that value never matches the value YouTube show. I am also see errors in the statical reporting. I posted a short video on YouTube 4 hours ago showing 19 view and VidIQ shows no views. If I can use the keyword help and the statics don't why should I think their site is worth using. I am thinking they need to get their stuff together. It does not even list why to contact them to ask them this question on the extension or theie website.

nothing cool about this, it was offered free from it's homepage, but as soon as I enter my cc detail, oh, it charged me and told me it's non-refundable. if I still see charges on my card, I will strike them with chargeback, future. their keyword tools are generally fake, trash, type in any random keywords and they will source you result with hundred thousands of search, but if you extract it, say that very long tail keyword, that have hundrend thousands of searches as a seed keyword, you get nothing, yes, you get nothing, it's empty. hype, fake. regret listening to all the "recommendation" from the net, I was tricked into it as a paid customer, but got nothing value from it.

I cannot recommend Vidiq

I cannot recommend Vidiq. As soon as I registered, I was constantly bombarded with emails. Eventually, I decided to try one of their offers – but in the end, it seems like their main goal is simply to get you to spend more money.

I tested their software and optimized several videos, but there was no noticeable improvement. Instead, I was then offered a coach – of course, for an additional fee. It feels like their priority is not to genuinely help users but to push them into making more purchases.

The features they offer are also unreliable. For example, their software is supposed to suggest relevant images for videos, but in practice, it hardly works. If I upload a dance image, it might be ranked higher at first, then suddenly downgraded. And when I search for a suitable image, the system might suggest something completely irrelevant, like a karate fighter. Similarly, text and ratings seem to be randomly boosted or downgraded without clear reasoning.

One of the emails I received perfectly sums up their strategy:

"Perhaps the most frustrating part of being a creator is looking at your channel and not knowing what to do next to grow. You likely have ideas of what to try, but which idea is the best one? And why didn’t your idea last week actually change anything on your channel like you hoped?"

Instead of providing real support, they exploit users' insecurities to drive more sales. If you're looking for honest and effective solutions, you’d be better off looking elsewhere.
