Excellent customer service.
Sometimes things don't go right, but it's how that's delt with that matters. I bought 7 wooden-boxed jeroboams of Amarone Valpolicella as gifts. Whilst the boxes weren't badly packaged and no bottles broke, there was no packaging around the bottles, which meant that the weight of the large bottles (5kg) in transit broke all the wooden boxes to some degree. The only really option I had was to spend an evening with some wood glue and clamps repairing all the boxes. I contacted customer service and they promptly refunded me 25% for my trouble - a substantial amount on an order that size and on wine that was already very good value. Well done for looking after your customers.
