Dreadful. Do not waste your time
Dreadful, deceiving, corrupt, I could go on. Cannot believe this shocking company has received 5 star reviews. The advert on television, is not what happens in reality. I sent video camera and cameras clocks watches mobile phones and much, much more. A very large box. The offer for everything was £27.00 . At least bandit Turpin wore a mask before he robbed people.

The best option for getting rid of old valuables.
Sold some of my dad's old things to them. Very easy, just pack it up attach the label they send and send it back. They evaluate it and give you a quote. It was very quick and the team members I spoke with were polite and helpful. They gave me a very fair price, I wish I knew about them earlier will be using their services again if I ever need to get rid of some old valuables.

Sent a parcel with low value but a diamond Edwardian brooch and a small pendant with 4 tiny diamonds. They offered me £415
The brooch was valued at my local jewellers for £1500
The service was excellent, quick and easy to understand
Such a pity as I have so many other items.
