Great communication, easy to organise once you have a box. You will almost certainly get more money if you go to individual specialist shops, but VCC provides a simpler (lazier!) one-stop shop to get a bit of money for stuff you don't need any more.

Great guys and simple to use
Easy to use. Process couldn't be simpler and made clearer. Good value for a box of stuff that was no longer needed. As I'm registered partially sighted I find most online processes arduous and difficult to negotiate. This was anything but and I was able to speak to a real human being - yes this sort of thing is a rare thing these days. They are great guys and would highly recommend!

Wrapped and packed, used postal address label supplied and had confirmation updates from posting to them receiving!
Update of being assigned and confirmed price all within a week!
Once I accepted price, they ask for details and transferred two days later.
Very professional, fair, respectful, responsive, friendly and helpful.
Would highly recommend the service received!
(Wrap everything safely in bubble wrap and take photos of your items).
You get a valuation for the complete box, they do not give individual value on each item.
Should you not agree with the valuation, they will return free of charge.
