I am having a ginormous tub delivered and they sent it on a carrier that has one guy who just dropped it off in the yard. This is a bitter end to an otherwise good process. Whyyyyyy????

Good tub, Bad customer service
The first tub I ordered, I called customer service after a week of no notice of shipment. I was told I should get notice soon, the next day I was told the tub was on back order til the end of the next month. I chose to pick a different tub that was close to the first. It still took another week and a half before i got notice of shipment and another 3 days for it was delivered. The delivery company was ok and the driver was nice and waited for my crew to move the tub. I would order from the company again but only if a customer request.

It took a few more days to get the tub…
It took a few more days to get the tub shipped than I would have liked, but the tub arrived perfectly. After we set the tub in place, we decided we wanted a different look, so we packed it up and returned it. Vintage Tub helped us by explaining the return process to us, and our money was refunded promptly.

Customer service is 5 stars ! Vincent is the most charming helpful person and made it so easy to choose a very affordable beautiful tub .... compared with other companies it was a steal .
