Wow. I had no idea you could receive an exceptional faucet like this! Although receiving ours took a while, it was hand-wrapped in cloth to protect it. (Who does that??)

Our interior decorator recommended Vintage Tub and I got the bathtub faucet of my dreams!

We bought the slipper tub package with attached faucet and we could not be any happier. Everything arrived in perfect order, packaged correctly and seeing that we live on the West coast in a good amount of time. All the components are excellent quality and the workmanship is very good. I wanted to wait to actually use the product before I wrote a review and I can say the tub is great. I would recommend getting the plastic overflow controller. The tub is fairly narrow and might not be good for an overweight person but I am 5'9" and it works well for me. In comparison with identical tubs at Home Depot, the Vintage tub was at least $400 cheaper. Instructions are easy to follow and we used liquid nails to secure the tub to our new tile floor. Bravissimo Vintage tub.

Tub is beautiful, well made and delivery went as stated, this is our second tub purchased from vintage both were hassle free and good experiences!

If you are not a 100% sure do not buy from Vintage Tub. Some unexpected changes came about during my renovation, and I decided to upgrade my tub. Now I will have to spend over $600.00 to send the tub back to them and they don’t even help make arrangements with the freight company. As a business they should plan for this contingency specially when you are buying things online.
I am still upgrading, but I decided to go with Signature Hardware. Their customer service is first rate, if I had the same problem with SI I would have only have to pay $175.00 and they would have arranged everything with the freight company. Signature hardware is a little more expensive but totally worth it, because the most important thing for them is to make the customer happy.

I began placing my order online but had some questions so I used the live chat option. The gentleman responded to me immediately and was a huge help. He did ask me to call the company to complete the order as there was a pricing question he could not find an answer to. I spoke with Jennifer L, an inside sales rep. and could not have been happier. I have been in touch with Jennifer several times since the order was placed ( to make adjustments and changes) each time it was a simple, stress free experience.  It is a real pleasure dealing with Jennifer and with Vintage Tub & Bath. She is by far the most considerate, caring, efficient sales representative i have ever done business with. My order will be delivered in February, I will update this review with a product comment then.
Update.... My tub, faucet and all the hardware came and I could not be happier!!! It is absolutely beautifully crafted, the detail in the tub feet are simply beautiful and the porclin levers are gorgeous!!! Everything was carefully packaged and well protected. The gentleman that delivered it was friendly , helpful and patient while we unpacked and inspected the tub. From start to finish this has been an enjoyable, stress free experience. We are delighted with Vintage Tub &Bath and we highly recommend them

Great customer service

It took nearly 2 months for the tub to arrive. Postponed my bathroom reno significantly. I was notified the shipping was postponed but that was way too long a wait. That being said, the tub arrived perfect, it is beautiful and very well made. Great directions on the website for installing the feet.
I also purchased the drain assembly from Vintage tub and it was right on time.
If I didn't have a timeline to meet I would for sure purchase from Vintage Tub again.

Received our tub crated in December just now opened it and it’s perfect 👌🏻 we just set it up in our newly remodeled bathroom and it looks so beautiful. Vintage tubs was so great so easy to deal with. Doris was the best. Friendliness, most gracious customer service we ever received. I will be back to post photos ..... stay turned. 😊
