Was skeptical but amazing fit and pretty good sound
Was skeptical as I’ve had issues with small earbuds still falling out as I’ve got rather small ear canals but these fit really well. Maybe not great if you’ve got big ear canals but I can’t speak for others. Would recommend if other earbuds being too big is an issue you face

Faulty, used goods received. Ignored by customer service
Ordered two pairs of ear buds on 22nd April. They finally arrived nearly 3 weeks later and one pair was faulty and clearly used before. I’ve been almost totally ignored by customer service. By now I have these good for 10 days and all I’ve had is a couple of useless DMs on instagram promising someone will help me then no further replies and one email asking me to send a load of information that ids already sent. I’ve now sent 6 emails in total and had nothing like help. They promise they’re not a scam company but they’re acting very like one. Their website says they’re “100% committed to answering emails within 24-48 hours”. I clocked up 170 before even getting the first whisper of a response. And now it’s several days after that. I’m afraid I’ve wasted my money completely.

Great for small ears!
It has been very difficult to find headphones that fit my wife. I ordered these because they were small. My wife loves them and they fit her comfortably.

They work great
They work great, I can wear them to block out noise disrupting my sleep. I can wear only one and still block the snoring. Sometimes I take the one out On the side I am sleeping while I am sleeping. It does not hurt just a little uncomfortable, I might still need to get use to sleeping on one. I also had to wear a different size tip in one ear my ear shell is not the same on each side.

Avoid at all cost!
I ordered VionB earbuds for my wife, but neither size fit her ears. No one answers the phone number listed on the website, but a message says to email their support department. I have done so three times, and despite their website promise - "We are committed to responding to 100% of emails within 24/48 hours." - I have received no response. Terrible customer service.

I took advantage of the Mother’s Day special of buying one and getting one free! They sound AMAZING! My wife used her set on Mother’s Day and was very impressed!! I swapped out the ear plugs on both pair for an even better fit in the ear canal. My coworkers mistaken the VionB as hearing aids!😂 and was impressed by the flesh tone!

Buyer beware
I would be very cautious ordering from VionB Earbuds. I placed my order on April 21, 2026, and was originally told I should receive them by May 6, 2026. After checking the shipping status multiple times, it continued to show “in transit” with no updates whatsoever.
I contacted customer service and was told U.S. shipping could take up to 14 days, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited longer. It is now May 12, 2026, well beyond that timeframe, and there has still been no movement or update on the shipment.
I reached out again requesting a refund due to the lack of shipping updates and missed delivery expectations, but I have yet to receive any response from the company.
At this point, I personally question the legitimacy of many of the rave reviews online. Something about the experience feels very automated and unreliable. Buyer beware if you are expecting fast shipping or responsive customer service.

Great quality product
Price was unbeatable. Ordering was simple. Communication was great. Delivery time was a little slower than I expected but once we received them my wife was extremely happy. She says the sound is great, charge last a long time and quality is very good. Charging case is personalized and looks great and the carrying case is well made.We definitely recommend the product

Terrible Customer Experience
I’ve have tried multiple time to reach out by email and website email support and phone and no one has returned my request. It’s been a month now and I reached out one last time to get some concerns answered but no reply. Customer Experience has went downhill. If I can’t get support when it’s offered.
