they will sub-rent through their agents, that dont really care on what conditions i have contracted the car with VIP cars.
Vip cars is trying to upsell all covered insurance, which their own agent (at Podgornica, Montenegro) mocked and said for any scratch i will pay sub-agen directly and maybe i will get my money back from VIP cars in case of insurance claim. So i had pay again all-cover insurance that cost me 3x more additionally to what VIP cars charged. i consider this is soft scam - as they have NOT indicated i will have to deal with shady office that did not really care to pick me up from the airport for 1.5hrs at nearly midnight! what a shame

We would like to clarify that the Full Protection Cover offered through VIP Cars is reimbursement-based insurance. This means the rental supplier may still require a security deposit and charge for any damage first, after which you can submit a reimbursement claim under the policy. It does not replace or waive the supplier's security deposit requirement.
As the additional insurance was purchased directly from the rental supplier, we are unfortunately unable to refund that amount. However, as a goodwill gesture, our team has offered to refund the Full Protection Cover purchased through VIP Cars.

The experience of using their website was more than satisfactory. I did have a small hiccup with payment side but the agent Bella C was just fantastic, very helpful and she was able to answer all my queries and resolve any issues I was having. Great experience overall and definitely recommend so far. Will comeback and add a review once I pick up and return the car.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Complete scammers and zero customer service. We were scammed by the rental company and VIP cars did nothing to help, we were overcharged nearly £300 and 26 email exchanges later were refunded £2.83. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.
