From the first enquiry into leasing a vehicle, I was contacted by Steve Tranter senior sales person. I have to say I was really pleasantly surprised. Steve was very professional and really listened to my requirements which sort of helped me with my decision to lease a vehicle.Steve arranged everything and explained the process to me. Once I had selected my vehicle I was passed over to the sales team. Summer McCafferty, Summer was very efficient and I have to say, she explained the whole process, her instructions regarding form filling and documentation were outstanding (even the mistakes made by myself were explained precisely) and dealt with very professionally. I would certainly recommend VIP gateway to my friends and family and would certainly recommend Steve Tranter and his sales team.
