Currently using viral launch. Research and launch our brand. It have made things easier then it would be for. We have tried a lot of other software it was not as easy as viral launch.

I would recommend Viral Launch to anyone looking to sell on Amazon. VL gives me insight on market and competitor data that allows me to make informed decisions. Instead of just blindly selling and hoping something works.

ABSOLUTELY!!! Blown away by the photos. I was expecting quality but what was delivered is on Another Level. The way the pictures tell a story is great, Customer Service was also another great part of this experience. They recommend a honest suggestion which ended up SAVING us MONEY by the end of the transaction. Highly recommend and cannot wait to work with this company again.

There is a few things that need to be worked out but that is expected with launches. Viral-launch did end up making it right with me so I will give them that, make sure you contact them and really let them know where your product is and what category it is in so you don't have any issues launching with them.

Thank you for the treatment and maybe in the future we can try this again.

The Market Intelligence Tool and regularly updating information on Amazon and EC are very helpful.
However, what I appreciate the most with Viral Launch is the advisory services, which is much more than normal Customer Services.
Advisors are willing to help to improve the listing. Advise and suggestions are great, the response is given very fast.
And it's free!!!

The only unsatisfactory thing is that many of services are limited to the US market and I am not selling in the US, unfortunately. I hope that services will be expended to other marketplaces soon.

Very bad results from their keyword research and ad copy products. I had to redo all of the work that I paid them to do. $500 down the tubes.

Viral Launch is a great piece of software with extensive information for analysis on existing Amazon products and sellers. Drew and Christopher helped solve a technical issue with the software promptly and effectively. Overall extremely happy with the market research tool and the support service!!!

Working with the team and the Viral Launch support service was a great experience, always professional and available to solve every problem !!!

Ran 2 launches, the BSR went up during the launch, then dropped immediately. We gave away thousands of dollars of product and all of it ended up on eBay. Apparently, people were able to buy up to 5, this diluted the brand and the price. This was a big mistake a huge financial loss to the company.

Got their photography package for my products, which are water lamps. It was always going to be a tough product to shoot, because it has light inside it, is transparent, glows, etc. They did a decent job, but didn't do so great of a job editing. As for the lifestyle photo, there was miscommunication regarding it (I wanted a child model in it, but only told this to the representative I talked to before paying, not after), so after quite a bit of hassling on my part they agreed to reshoot with a child. The new image turned out very nice, I was very happy with it. Overall 3-4 star experience.

Ordered a listing optimization for $500 and conversion went down. Boring copy.

The limitation of only showing a few product results really was limiting and didn't help. Plus I often when typing in some key word(s)kept getting message "too limiting". Branding was okay,,,,took me a while to figure out how to best use. All said, I will be signing up.

Due to a change in my career, I found I didn't need to use the service. Unforfunately, my subscription was set to auto-renew... and I put the renewal on a credit card I don't monitor. You know the rest of the story... I paid for 4 months of service before I realized I was paying. I never logged in, never used the product, didn't think about it.

No refund, no partial refund. Even for the current month that had just started. I had a similar problem with another auto renewal and it was no problem getting a refund since I hadn't used the service. I believe Viral Launch is intentional regarding their policy and use it as a way to get a few extra bucks. This is my only experience with their customer service...but I'm guessing it's similar in other area's as well
