Total fraud they have stolen my money. I could not use their internet verification system - emailed and told them – no reply for 3 days so used an alternative service. Then they threatened me and said I had to pay anyway told them not to charge my card -they did not reply to my emails but continued to send threatening letters and then today they charged my card. At 78 years old I have never dealt with such an incompetent and dishonest group in my life . I guess I kiss the money goodbye – but be warned
